I've been feeling deeply feminine inside since I was a kid. At 7yo my mommy agreed to enroll me into ballet class. I've been very lucky because my mommy has been always opened mind and supportive about my inner feminine feelings and behaviors.
I've always had a small body and a very delicate face. This has been very helpful when I was a kid. Because I was able to pass very easily as a little girl when my hair grown down my shoulders.
Now I'm still tall as a 13yo little girl, about 5'1 (159 cm). In this way I can still perfectly fit into real little girls' clothes and little girls' shoes and little girls' boots. I adore wearing everything by Disney Princesses', Disney Frozen's, Barbie's or Hello Kitty's. More babyish and girlish clothes are, better they're for me! 
I've been in transition MtF for some years and recently I began complete regression to babyishness, wearing diapers 24/7 and pink plastic panties when I'm at home.
