    I would have to try it, but personally having a "third hand" to hold the diaper up while I get the tapes just right would I think be helpful for me.

    They are suppose to be used to help change a diaper, not hold the on when they are being used.

    Ya lots of those mental health drugs seem to have a sexual side effect, such as I was put on effexor, but it was not the right drug for me (the sexual effect wasn't why I switched drugs though).

    One other option that I think a lot forget about is wearing diapers 24/7, but using them for convenience.

    For discreetness I have actually gone to Attends Extended Wear / Overnight for my day diaper (not incontinent, but wear 24/7). So far they have been the only ones I have tried that don't seep wetness and have no smell.

    I had poop accidents as a kid because I never wanted to use public restrooms for pooping.

    Not sure who said it, but not all us use diapers/baby play as a sexual release.
