I have quite severe incontinence so like you I suffer all the stress incontinence problems Even small things like coughing, sneezing or bending down can cause me to wet. Im so grateful for nappies, I can hardly be without them Even though I have heavy incontinence, the doctor just gives me stupid pads or really thin paper-like pull ups I tried to use both (coz they're free) but they leak every single time I wet which upsets me alot and means I have to change like 15 times a day Everytime I go back they just say "see how it goes" I keep asking for proper nappies coz I totally need them (and like them, but I cant tell the doctor that) but they always say that I can make do with what they give me. They know I buy my own so they're just being mean I keep meaning to tell them that I sometimes go #2 to see if they'll give me nappies then But Im a little uncomfortable talking to my doctor.

Im way too scared to put up a personal photo, even one without me in a nappy Not many people know I wear so Im scared someone I know will see it. Plus Im not very attractive like Buzzcat or Claire

Because I cant get any nappies with baby prints on I find the next best nappies are the plain white ones such as tender care or attends

Im using up the last of my molicare at the moment, dont like them very much They feel all hard and rigid which isnt comfy and if you wet too fast they dont absorb anything and just leak all over

Changing in public is no trouble for me but ersonally I find it easier to change lying down, so whenever I can I wait until I get home to change properly Leaving your nappy in the toilet is naughty! But I must admit I've done it before, especially when you can hear people outside the cubicle, but I get worried that people will know that I left it If theres no one out I quickly throw it in a waste bin if there is one. One time I knew there was a queue outside the toilet so I left my nappy in the cubicle and blamed the person who went in before me!

I get my Tena from medisave, I didnt know they sold Tender care Are you sure they're the same?

Yup! From tender-care.com They're not the absolute best but they're damn good for only 1/3 the price of most other brands! Brilliant if you're 24/7 and dont have much money I love them, but I do splash out on other brands every now and then as a special treat

I know what you mean about stress incontinence! Every little thing makes me wet my nappy Giggling, sneezing, coughing, lifting, running etc. Thank god for nappies

Wow, I must have missed this introduction thread! Anyways, my name is pink nappies but I use different names on different sites so some of you may know me wthout realising! I dont like using my real name coz people make fun of it Im an 18 year old female student and I think Im bi. Im single at the moment, not looking for a relationship but would like to make more friends like me around my age I have little control these days so I need to wear nappies more or less 24/7, but I've grown to like them so I probably would anyway even if I didnt have to I like going out to nice places, clubbing, dancing and having a drink Im very much into acting and have been in plays, which is harder than you might think in a nappy Im hoping to be in London next year. There wasnt an option for my favourite brand Tender Care So I voted for Tena coz they are my favourite from that list.

Normally I'd just buy a pack, but money is a little tight at the moment and they are very expensive. I dont wanna risk it incase I dont like them But thankies anyway Buzzcat I'll try what you said

Im quite suprised actually! I mean in reality, even though thats what nappies are for, there are usually a few people who just like the feel or the look of them and dont actually use them We must all be hardcore DL's here! Hehe Either that or everyone is secretly incontinent

I doubt you can them in a store, they're probably from a website. I've never seen a store in the U.k where you can buy good adult nappies Boots claim that they sell attends but I've been to several of their stores and they only sell their own brand rubbish

Oooh! They do look nice and thick! And they're white and the kind of design I like Of course I'd want them to be even thicker Is that a photo from the abri form site? If so its a good advertisement

I checked the for sale section but like you I dont quite fit into small size. Its really annoying coz small only just dont fit me by about 5mm which means the medium are kinda big on me P.S. £10 for 10 small? are they special gold ones?

Im in a wet Tender care night at the moment. I've been wearing it for quite a long time so its pretty full but Im getting a bath soon so theres no point changing until after I get out. I've splashed out on some Tena Maxi recently so I might wear one of those for bed after my bath
