  1. I have looked at these on E-Bay a while back, and from I can tell they are an AllInOne diaper. They are cloth and plastic combined with velcro closers.

Shipping is a drag unless you live in Europe, Asia or Australia.

They do make just square cloth diapers if you dig around on the site, but they are measured in metric and seem kinda small even the largest one. The square cloth ones seem to be made for small waist youth, to big to be baby diapers but to small to be adult diapers.

This is my take on them anyway, but I havent tried them or ordered any of them.

  2. Hope you feel better!

Have you tried any "over the counter" medications like Pepto Bismol, or Alka Seltzer!

And of course if you have extreme pain or you dont feel better in a couple days, like Redneck Diaper Boy said you should consult with your family doctor.

  6. This just happend to me when one of doctors changed my pain medication. I hadnt gone in 3 days and was realy misrable cramps, bloated, no apatite, no poop.

Im a twice a day kinda guy so I got realy worried, as I have heard horror stories about how fast constipation can escalate into something real serious.

I went to my primary care doctor and she gave a script for Lactulose and told me to get some over the counter glcerin supositorties.

she said you have to treat constipation from both ends top and bottom. after a couple hours I had a good poop, never been so relived to see a toilet full in my life.

She wrote me another script for the Lactulose ( its a kind of liquid sugar that draws water from your intestines into your bowles ) its realy mild acting and no cramps and bloating.

I take 10 ml at bed time now and no more constipation. With me though I hate to depend on any drug to do things so I have been watching my diet and water intake and have tapered off the drug.

hope this helps and good luck

  7. How much time would you estimate in a 24 hour period, that you use up eveyday taking care of yourself when it comes to your incontince. Changing your diapers, washing up, washing clothes, taking medications, Dr. appointments etc.

How much money would you estimate, that it cost you in a 24 period, dealing with your incontince. medications, diapers, washing machine soap, wipes, Dr. appointments etc. .

On a level from 1-10, 10 being the most, how much stress does all the above put on your life.

  8. When I first became incontinent it was like no way can I go out wearing this thing on my leg and some tube runing down my leg. The device was so uncomfortable and was prone to hoses disconnecting, and the condom catheter leaking or coming off.

I had to swich to diapers after too many leaks and skin problems. Then it was like no way can I go out wearing diapers. All the fears, my butt is so big, my front is too big, you can tell im wearing diapers.

After reading post and forums on the internet I found out other people had the same problems and fears as me. Now after 15 years of being incontinet I can care less. I wear cloth diapers and plastic pants. I dont flaunt it or try to show off the fact im wearing diapers. But I do get some funning looks sometimes , I just smile and go about what I was doing.

You have to get over it, you can't be a hermit all your life and live in fear people will find out.

To me now its just underwear and its no big deal life goes on!

  9. After all these years I finaly broke down and put a large (Trash Can/Diaper Pail ) in the garage. The way I did it before was just throw my dipaers in my laundry basket with all my other clothes. I would have to do a load of laundry like 3 times a week.

I bought me 2 dozen new cloth diapers and 3 dozen pair of plastic pants. I threw out some of my old stuff that had seen better days. Since I got all new stuff I thought I would try this diaper pail thing and see how it goes.

I wash, then hang all my stuff on the line out back. saves a ton on the electric bill not running the dryer. I just use the dryer for like 5 minutes to fluff my clothes/diapers up, and yes I dont use no dryer sheets or anything. What I do use is aromatic oils and my favorite is watermellon. I put some on a old piece of T-Shirt and throw it in with my laundry in the dryer. MMM MMM smells so good.

Right now I use a cup of vinigar in my laundry pail.

What I was wondering is there a commercial product out there that keeps your diapers fresh and smelling good while they are in the pail, maybe even kinda acts as a prewash thing.

Thanks ahead of time people for your input
  10. I recently got this horrendous case of diaper rash. The rash covered my whole diaper area front and back, and was extremely painful.

I happened to have my monthly doctors apointment with my Primary Care Doctor. She took a look and scolded me for not taking care of my skin. I had never gotten a case of Diaper rash before.

I was wearing Depends an awful lot latley as I was doing yard work. My guess is it was the Depends and the heat as its been realy hot and humid this summer and I was working in the yard and sweating alot. Its hard to wear cloth diapers and plastic pants when your doing heavy duty yard work.

She gave a presciption for ( Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream ). The drugist said I can get that over the counter and pointed me towards the athlet foot display. I told him I want the real thing as I was worried about how bad the rash was. Well the price for the real thing was high even with insurance 35.00$ for this tiny tube of cream. I paid and went home to put it on.

It worked but only lasted 3 days since the tube was so tiny.

I went back to the drug store and looked around after reading the white paper that came with the tube of ( Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream ) and I saw what ingredients was in the ( Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream ).

I got a tube of CVS generic Clotrimazole 1% cream 6.79$ and tube of Cortizone-10 1% hydrocortisone cream 6.99$. These where basicaly the same ingredients that are in the 35.00$ tube of ( Clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate Cream ).

I used both creams and my regular Desitin cream on the rash and after a week it was all gone. I did not wear any disposable diapers during that time just cloth diapers and plastic pants, cloth diapers let more air in than disposables.

Bottom line I paid around 13.00$ for the 2 creams and still have some left, and it worked as good if not better than the more expensive real thing. If you try this test a small patch of skin to make shure your not alergic to any of the creams.

  11. Just a thought and I don't know if it's possible or even leagle but if your insurance pays for self cath items and leg bags, would you be able to resell them as new unopened items on places like EBAY or anywhere else and then use the money to pay for cloth diapers?

I did try Ebay and they pulled my add for ( Self Interminet Catheters ) because of the presciption factor. I have seen much worse on there. There is a guy selling ( Foley Catheters ) and he hasn't been busted.

I try to stay 1,000 miles from ( Foley Catheters ) so I dont know if you need a prescription for them or not.

I have to try putting the other stuff back on there and reducing the price. I did have a good price like 1/4 of the actual cost, I guess I have to go lower.

  12. One time I thought I would brighten up my life and I ordered printed cloth diapers. Boy what a mistake. I tried them on and said OMG what have I done, I hope no one sees these.

I hang my cloth outside on the line to dry, but these I had dry in the garage. I didnt want anyone seeing them, they might think I some kinda pervert or child molester.

Nothin but white for me, I dont even use funny diaper pins. I wouldn't want any of my doctors, or friends that know getting the wrong impresion.

The Bambiono diapers do have some good qualitys to them, except the baby print. Like leg cuffs, front and back elastic and more absorbent stuff then a regular Depends or Attends or what have you.

I not judging people that are into the baby thing but its just not for me.

  13. Yep Attends wipes for me too. They are the only ones that are big enough to get any good wiping action on my back side. They fit in the hand, nice open palm.

The baby ones I have to hold with 2 or 3 fingers and its hard to get any good wiping action.

Attends have Aloe in them too.

Are there any other ones that are a good chunky size and not real small like baby ones, or are there any good baby ones that have a good size to them?
