    ..

Hi Bebe... and welcome! Hope you enjoy the site and make good friends. I have! Simba.
  2. Your story is so much like mine to start with. Being in the forces we often moved until 11. Always the new kid... and I wasn't very popular either being the tall gangly kid who couldn't hit a bull's backside with a shovel never mind hit a ball - or catch one. Always friends with the other victims... and bullied. Boarding school at age 11 should have seen some stability, but wearing nappies there didn't help - nor did sexual abuse at the hands of gays at age 12/13. Made things much worse and I hated school life to 18. So to keep on topic, welcome. Give everyone time here and you will be accepted freely. There are some really, really lovely people here (and the jerks, but that's life) and I can't recommend the site more warmly. You will make good friends. I have. Simba.
  3. Welcome to the site. Diapers or not, hope you fun! You never know, many toddlers may need diapering again at some stage!!! :lol Simba
  4. Welcome to the site. Hope you find it as enjoyable as I do. Good folk here! Simba
  5. No meds for me I'm afraid, I just don't trust the blurb and what I'm told. In UK a lot also depends on where you live and whether you have to rely on the 'National Health' service. Many people suffer needlessly at the hands of the National Health because they simply do not care or have the time, if truth be told. The older you are the less they care. At the end of the day I let my body decide what to do... if I'm ill I follow instinct. Sleep if possible, drink plenty of fluids at any time and watch what I eat. The Chinese do indeed have a culture to be proud of, and I respect them. Oh, and I use my nappies to keep my system clean with drinking plenty. Convenient and natural rather than holding it in, and have benefitted from wearing them, I promise you. Only the mess goes in the toilet, not in the nappy because again that is a prime source of infection and problems. Common sense prevails!! lol Simba
  6. These look good....but are they available in UK? I'm checking this ouot........ Simba
  7. Go along with InNappies on this one.... easier some nights than others. I've been in nappies every night for several years and often all day as well (wiith changes, like now). Sometimes it's easy to wet while lying down, others not so. Leaking is not really a problem 'cos I wear thick cloth nappies at night with 2 pairs of plastic pants. I sometimes wake up wet and have trouble remembering when I did it! If I wet while lying on my front the second pair of pants catch any over flow!! lol Just need practice and perseverence. It does get easier with time... Simba
  8. LoL... in that situation too. The UK powder just doesn't smell right for us... but modern young mums and others know you're powdered 'cos they recognise it... I use Cussons baby powder from the £1 shops. lol it's the closest I've found to memories! ...and much cheaper weight for weight! Simba
  9. Happy birthday Sunshine... (((((((((((Lion hugs!))))))))))) Simba
  10. Diaper rash is not nice, and it appears after only a couple hours if you mess your diaper and stay in it. Skin needs to breathe, so wear diapers continually if you must - but take a little time out each day to let skin breathe and dry naturally. Oh... and keep everything scrupulously clean down there!!! Simba
  11. LoL yeah that's it.... but it's good fun tho'!!!!

    Pranks!

LoL...try this one: You need a small car jack and handle. Wait for your 'victim' to park his car up and go inside wherever. Carefully jack up one of the driving wheels so that it is just clear of the ground - only a millimetre or so. And watch... When the 'victim' tries to drive his car away the differential will just spin the free wheel and he'll go.... nowhere. Watch the faces as they try and decide what's wrong with the car..... when the car is off the jack it will drive as normal!!! I did this as a wedding trick on the groom's car before they went on honeymoon. Everyone saw the funny side of it, and no harm was done to anyone or anything. Simba
  13. Have some Lion fun!!! Simba Do this in strict order... you will find it intriguing!! 1. First, choose the number of times PER WEEK that you would like to have chocolate (more than 1 but less than 10, for sake of simplicity but a bigger number should also work). 2. Multiply this number by 2 (just to be bold) 3. Add 5 4. Multiply it by 50 - I'll wait while you get the calculator. 5. If you have NOT had your birthday this year add 1756; if you HAVE had your birthday this year add 1757. 6. Now take away the four digit year your were born. You should have a 3-digit number. The first digit is the number of times you really want to eat chocolate per week. (You may have a 4-digit number if you were greedy at step 1 - the first 2 digits will show your liking of chocolate.) The next two numbers are.... YOUR AGE!!!!! (Oh yes it is - don't fib!)
  14. This is an absolute classic, dating from hundreds of years ago with a rich man and camels!!! Valentine has the trick... adding $2 to $27 is deceptive and incorrect, and the mistake most people make!!! Put it another way, let's do the hotel bill.... $25 for the room, and then the bellhop adds his $2. Total $27. Each guest pays $(10-1) = $9 each; times 3 = $27. All square, no missing dollar. I do love giving this one as a starter to a class of 7th/8th grade kids.... Simba
  15. Always in cloth and plastic pants when at home. Night nappies get about 3 good soakings without dripping! During the day I use cloth and plastic pants too, out and about, and wet whenever. Disposables are for emergency use only!! Wherever I am I try to avoid leaks - draws attention to what I'm wearing by the wet patch and the smell!!! Simba
  16. Shave down below every so often, using a safety razor, never a problem. It does help to prevent smell from wet nappies since hair tends to keep some of the smell even after a shower. Nair stings like hell!!!! Simba
  17. Prefer a dry cloth nappy, but I go along with Mommy and Crys. Yeah I use nappies, mainly at night and avoid leaks - that's not nice. When out and about I simply use them for convenience because I hate public wash rooms... Yeah, I don't mind being wet if that answers the questions, but a thick, dry cloth one is preferable!!! Mess is a definite turn-off and a no-no! Simba
  18. I have to agree about the 'stigma' of being incontinent. I just do not understand why society cannot accept what is basically a medical condition and no big deal. Nappies are no big deal for whatever reason... Although I am not incontinent, I do find wearing nappies a tremendous relief - I hate public toilets, fear of getting caught short when stuck in one of the UK's notorious motorway traffic jams... and so on. Effectively I do wear every night and most days too, and would have it no other way. Likewise I am always worried in case I have an accident when I forget I'm not in my nappy!! Like most here I will stay happy in my nappy!!! Simba
  19. I agree with beallucanbe... plastic pants do give an extra 'protection' against leaks, especially with the cloth-backed disposables. Snap-ons are easier to deal with, but no use at night if you sleep on your front! Being an older nappy user, plastic pants over nappies are the biz for me... just as I was for the first 2-3 years of life!!! Simba
  20. Disposables leak when lying on my side no matter what brand they are (some worse than others - Abena X-plus and Lille Maxi are the best for me)... I hate disposables for that!!! Even on front I got a leak over the top.... So when at home I wear cloth with plastic pants and very, very rarely leak. Also feels much more like being properly nappied as a I was in my early years!! Just my 2C worth!!! lol Simba

  24. Hi All Not really new, just a change of name. I was on the boards as ®Sandie... but I got many PMs and jerks thinking I was a girl and not being very nice! So... I'm male, very straight and the name of Simba should convey that!! (and my liking of lions too!!) Best wishes Simba.
