  1. I agree with @oznl. It is a progression. When I started to wet, I was fanatical about it and it basically stopped until I no longer thought about it. I did zero to stop it and it has progressed to nearly every night, which is fine as I don’t mind waking up wet. I do, however, think it’s conditional and don’t really consider myself a bedwetter.

  2. I figure once I hit two years, I’ll stop logging. I’m wet more than dry anyway. This month I’ve only had one dry morning, so it’s getting pretty entrenched.

  3. Well, as an experiment, I weighed my morning diaper. The dry one weighs 156 grams and in the morning, it was 1,052 grams which, when converted to mL, is 896. I don't know if that's a lot or a little.

  4. Another one today.  I woke up, wet as usual, hung around for a while, and decided to mess.  Of course, I went into my 24/7 journey swearing I would never mess, but on occasion, I just don't want to sit on the toilet.  Anyway, as I was using wipes to clean myself, I looked down and realized I was casually dribbling on the bathroom floor.  I guess the wiping motion loosened things up a bit more than they already are.  Humbling.

Ha, this one just hit me recently! I just finished a project building some shelves into my closet to hold my diapers and related supplies. Had to move out a good part of my wardrobe to do it, which ended up being put in bins to keep in the basement. But diaper storage is becoming a necessary priority, and it’s great seeing them so nicely organized now.

These are me, too. I travel a fair bit for work, and planning diapers capacity around meetings and flights can get intense! I recently hit a flight snafu that forced me stay in a hotel for two unexpected nights at the end of my trip - and hence, the end of my planned diaper supply. I don’t actually *need* them - I haven’t even hit a year of 24/7 and don’t really have serious continence issues, but I don’t feel comfortable in anything else at this point, and didn’t want to go commando. So I managed to sort out an Amazon next-day delivery, but I’m now a twitch nervous about my next trip!

    Congrats on one year!

  6. Like many of you, I have embarked on my diaper journey with the desire to become a bedwetter.  In the almost two years of 24/y, I have achieved moderate success.  I would say that I wet 4-5 times per week.  I don't necessarily consider myself a bedwetter as I feel that my night wetting is conditional and situational, but I do wake up wet semi-regularly, basically to the point that I expect to be wet in the morning.  Anyway, whether I am a bedwetter or not isn't the question at hand.  Since I've started wetting, I've been keeping a log of wet mornings vs. dry mornings by just writing the date of the wet morning on a running list.  For example, my log says 6/1, 6/2, 6/4, 6/5, 6/6.  I guess the question I'm throwing out to the ethers is that if I wet this regularly, would it just be better to log dry mornings?  Anyone else log their wetting, and if so, did you eventually stop as you've achieved "success"?

  7. Yep. That’s kind of how it works, in my experience. Since it’s happened once, it will happen intermittently for you. Then it will be more consistent if you keep it up. Then you will start not to be able to trust yourself at night. Then you’ll start to wet whether or not you’re wearing a diaper. That’s how it was for me, so if you’re not down for it, nows the chance to stop.

  8. I'm approaching two years 24/7 and have had some moments that gave me pause.  So, I figured I'd check to see what humbling experiences we've had along this journey.  Not embarrassing, mind you, but humbling.  Times when you may have realized that...hmm...."that's ironic".  I had a few of those moments this week so I'll get the ball rolling.

    1. Shopping for diapers in a store and wetting myself while doing it.

    2. Having my standard wetting after getting out of bed.  Then while walking to the bathroom to take off my overnight, not realizing I was still wetting as I removed it.

    3. I keep my off-season clothes in bins in the basement and change them out with clothing in the closet as the seasons change.  I did this yesterday, and realized that I never used to do this.  I only have to do this because one of the shelves in my closet now holds all of my extra diapers and supplies.

    4. On Sunday, I didn't feel like shaving my face as I hate to do that on weekends.  But, I realized that I shaved my pubic hair basically every day to every other day while showering.  I shave my pubic hair more often than my face.  I never once shaved before this journey.

So, as I said.  Not embarrassing, just a "stop and think" moment.

  9. Well, annoying circumstances have made me search for a new GP.  Normally, I put on a pullup for the doctor, but, I've decided to go full diapered for the first appointment when it happens.  Might as well start fresh with someone new.  Although, a urine sample will be a challenge.

  10. I would prefer totally spread out.  Yes, I like the poof that being a male gives me, but, to maximize the diaper, i'd love an anti-gravity sap that wicks moisture upwards.  That, and finding a way to make that impossible to result in a press out leak would be my dream.

  11. Well, I have officially gone from never wetting the bed to having to seriously consider adding a booster.  Belly sleeper and for the last three mornings, I've woken up to a damp waistband on my pajamas.  I guess the liquid is saturating the front and top too much during the night.

  12. Getting rid of my underwear was a huge step in my journey.  It's when I realized, I'm not wearing them anyway...they're in a box in my closet and my underwear drawer now has a new tenant....what am I clinging to?  Haven't looked back once.

  13. Enjoy!  The more you wear, the easier it is and the less you actually think about it.  It just becomes part of your normal, daily routine.  I basically never even think about it anymore.  Getting ready for the day includes putting on a diaper.  I use it as needed and change it as needed.  It's basically nothing more than clothing.  Just soft, absorbent clothing that I can wet without caring.
