Oh my, what is that lifesaving feature in the nanites, I don't think we ever heard about it? Stacy really did the mad scientist thing of doing stuff just because she could, without thinking about whether she should... That new film they're doing looks to become a lot shorter, the cookie scene is so obvious! Their crew being so much more professional than all the other studios is kind of strange, even with an actual actress among them - don't remember what previous experience Sebastian brought to the table, but he must be doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Also - what happens to these films after they're finished? With the commercials it sounds like they're being prepared to air on TV or some backwoods theater screens... (never went to college, no idea what happens to the "products" from classes there 😂) Ouuuch these hurt a lot, yeah... Haven't had one in years, autosave got a lot better - but I also don't write much. Word doesn't create a separate backup file every x minutes? I use mostly open source software and what comes to mind is always a whole folder of backups... Ctrl-S and Ctrl-Z are pretty much indispensable regardless of what you do on a computer IMO - I for sure couldn't live without 'undo' especially!

Glad I'm not crazy then! Your stories have an unusual amount of characters at play - which only serves to make them more interesting IMO. You're right, a character glossary would have to include Carly as "Connor Stacy Slane after her transition" which would kind of take the fun out of things 😂 Aah that makes sense, the one person who definitely would care.. Also I guess she knew Carly was more than okay with the result, so one less reason to create a big stink It was particularly annoying because I'm already writing long comments in the notes app after previously almost losing one here in the comment section one time. Except, when I had it all selected for copying to the clipboard, I accidentally tapped the previous sentence that was saved there which ended up replacing the comment - and there's no CTRL-Z on this old phone... Anyway, now I get to read the bonus chapter

OMG you write chapters faster than I can come up with a half-decent comment 🥲 As for my musings over the previous three chapters, here we go: If folks hadn't called it out, I wouldn't have given Reila's voice sounding desperate when suggesting they all get an off-campus place together a second thought. However, knowing our Sofia there's probably a good reason for any ever so casually mentioned oddity, so I'm looking forward to seeing what's wrong there xD My problem with reading stuff as serials, is that I tend to forget specifics about some of the less prominent side characters like Reila - I'm pretty sure she and Livia are both betweeners, then there was also a Big friend named Cassidy I think? If memory serves there was something going on about Reila almost being adopted a while back, maybe that has something to do with it... Yeah even the book being quite long means I tend to forget how we got where we are 😂😢 I barely know who Willow and Mia are anymore, aside from the fact they're from the exchange group - speaking of Mia, I really hope Amanda can get things sorted out for her without causing too much of a retaliatory backlash. Seeing yet another one of the nest demerit out would be awful at this point. The Luxuria and Beth's AI assistant consistently defaulting to the more babyish option is also very sus, so far I cannot tell where this is supposed to lead at all! Idem with Beth and Carly's acting career - there is some serious foreshadowing going on. At least in my judgement it's too big to just be a red herring. Anyway, really love how Charlotte seems to be adopted into Carly's social circle! People are suspicious, but I feel like she's one of the genuinely good Bigs. The weekend sleepover was very fun! At this point I think its pretty obvious that Carly is going to decide to stay in the dimension with Beth once her return window edges closer - she's living the high life riding the wave Stacy created! She's got influential friends and family there, a girlfriend, and definitely enjoys some of the babying, what more could she want 😄 All in all, if you think about it, it's kind of insane how quickly everyone forgot about the accident that turned Connor into Carly in the first place - like they all went "oops, I guess he's a girl now" and went about their day like nothing happened. I mean, sure he was only a little, so of course no Amazon would actually care, but you'd think nanites grossly malfunctioning like that would elicit at least some kind of investigation, if purely for the safety aspect...

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I love myself some smutty lesbian romance novels 😅 This was an amazing story with a mind blowing amount of character development! Ellie as a boy used to be so awkward, with that weird superficial self-confidence... They both made such progress over the course of the story! Ellie's parents though - gosh, what pieces of work... "open minded" should always come with a little asterisk saying 'within my comfort zone', because realistically that's all it is. I can see it with my folks too - always portraying themselves as open minded, but prejudices run deep. All the way down to what type of music is "good" and "bad".... Anyway, Ellie's parents are a kind of infuriating hadn't encountered yet. And to imagine this coming out party went comparatively well even, in the grand scheme of things.... This story also made me realize that one of my sisters fits squarely into the category of girls that are quite possibly gay. I don't know any (official) lesbians personally, but the vibes I get from Kylie and some gay artists' songs I've been listening to are eerily similar. Lol, now I get to keep this discovery to myself to maybe have a nice "I knew it!" moment if she comes out some day 😂 Diaper stories rarely lead to this much self-reflection (or reflection on family members in this case I guess..) In either case, it's a testament to how good the story is! I absolutely loved it!

This. Is. The. Single. Most. Horridly. Fucked. Up. Story. I must've ever read in my entire life. Worse than watching a train wreck. I was tearing my hair out in frustration about Bess continually fighting and provoking when victory was so clearly out of reach. I could've kicked Adele into her smug face for every single one of her manipulative, gaslighting sentences. When the big fight began, part of me was genuinely hoping Bess would manage to seriously hurt or even kill Adele, just so all the hopeless suffering would finally have an end. By the end of the story you had me in tears. It was overpowering. Do I need to mention it was am amazingly well-written story? Harrowing. Absolutely heartbreaking. But extraordinary. I can't help but love it as much as I hate it. I think it's the first story of you guys I read, and I'm legit hesitant to even start the other one people mentioned in the comments - it's supposed to be even more heartbreaking? But I wasn't done talking about this one yet. Regardless of all the cruelties that transpired, you managed to bring it to a "happy" ending - happy being relative. It's really more of a beginning of the end though - Adele might have realized the wrong of her ways, and she seems to be genuinely making an effort to become a better person, but we all know a true narcissist's beliefs are so deeply engrained in their personality, there is no real cure. Give it a couple of decades and the transgressions will start to break through the surface again. The gaslighting will never end. It's definitely a toxic relationship they're letting themselves in for - but alas! I guess that's how life goes sometimes; how love works at times.. When the little friction of two people being more or less entirely incompatible in one sense or another makes the sparks fly all the more... Things aren't helped along by Bess being in denial about her submissive traits and having bullying behaviors as a coping mechanism. Anyway, I really loved the character development there - Adele's change of heart was slightly jarring I must admit, going from pure evil to... weird... But I can't say it was entirely out of character seeing as we didn't really get to see things brewing inside her; the realization that she was unable to stop herself from falling for her little slave might've hit home. Welp, end of rant, you can see I enjoyed the story! Now the two of you owe me at least an entire night's worth of sleep, seeing how I just couldn't put it down anymore yesterday and kept reading till dawn 😂

I was reading another story when my inbox was suddenly flooded with notifications from this thread - that's when I knew BabySofia had uploaded again 😅 And yet I managed to be late to the party and have 2 chapters waiting for me when I returned - which was a nice bonus. I'm really surprised Beth ended up with that much of Amanda's DNA after all. One thing that's still a little bit of a conundrum to me, is how she would get any different genes from that treatment in the first place - wasn't she just shrunken down and injected into Amanda's womb so she could grow back up? Also looking forward to seeing Carly's new script, I bet it's what they end up with for filming next! Anyway, great chapters as always, looking forward to the next ones! Now I really gotta go to sleep so I can empty my email inbox tomorrow 😅

What a sad story, but I'm glad you brought it to a sort of happy ending! Erica is truly a master of gaslighting and manipulation - what a repugnant specimen. I have to say, the tragic stories of yours like In Between and this somehow feel like they carry more depth - like, the characters feel a bit more round than the prodigies like Stacy, or Carly in LCW. Or Amanda for that matter. By no means do I want this to sound like criticism, I never got past 2 chapters of my own story, so I certainly won't go complaining about others' Just an observation as feedback. But yeah... Katherine is really an epitomization of naivety. I really like how you wrote everything from her point of view so we only get to see Erica's hypocritical actions and are left to speculate about her true intentions until the very end. If a reader didn't know about some of the specifics you dropped hints about along the way, like the nightlight or crib mobile, it would genuinely be hard to make heads or tails of Erica. Only disappointment I think was that we never got a definitive answer on whether she was actually running her personal Little mill turning smart Little's brains into mush on the regular. As Katy later realized herself, the whole thing couldn't have been described better than by the boiling frog phenomenon. It was also nice to see our other main characters make an appearance so save this comparatively inconspicuous side character in LCW Anyway, I could go on for ages - tldr: I loved the story and am very much looking forward to the next chapters of LCW! (especially now that I can keep an eye out for more crossover between these two timelines:)

Well, I started reading this smirking at Kelly getting what was coming for her, but quickly soured on it with the public displays towards the end. I agree with the others here in that it's unrealistic and the dentist or someone else should/would have stepped in and called the authorities, but I guess to each their own and I can understand and respect that some people enjoy reading about public humiliation like that seeing as it can't (or rather SHOULDN'T!) be done IRL. The mere notion of it does make me uncomfortable though, but I guess that's a me problem. That said, the parents were pretty stupid, because displaying Kelly as a freak like that at their wedding is also going to tarnish their own reputation, especially if they publicly spank her in the middle of the car park. Also let's not forget, they themselves have like a 3 or 4 decade age difference, it's not going to go down well with people. But, well written, it sure kept be reading
