If I'm sleeping during the day when working nights i often multi layer up I have a STR8UP with a booster and then a cheap nappy over the top, i have been known to wear 3 layers each increasing in size and crotch coverage.

Stay hydrated, I know that means more urine output and more frequent nappy changes but dark concentrated urine is not good, whether incontinent or not. Females are more prone to UTIs due to anatomy. Previous trauma from catheterisation can also have an affect on UTI presentation.

I wear every chance i get. Its becoming more and more common. If I'm out and about i now don't feel right and worry that i'll need to urinate at an inconvenient time. I did wear north shore megamax under my clothes but as they are running short here in the UK i've switched to using my rather large stock of Abena M4 (drylife x-plus) nappies. They don't hold as much but I've got loads and can change in my car. When I work nights I'm 99% of the time well padded up. Its the best part of working nights. I currently use a STR8UP white with a booster in, then cover that with a thinner soft plastic disposable like a Betterdry L10 or DryDayz single tape nappy. I sleep pretty well with all that bulk between my legs. It also has the added benefit of not having to get up for a wee.

Mine has known since we met nearly 20 years ago. We play and occasionally mutually wear, me more though, have sex in my nappies with them pulled down, she does it for me as she knows i like it but also uses it as a stick to beat me with when wants to lash out at me

I loved these when i could get hold of them. The slightly larger size of the fit worked well with me being a 'medium' Unfortunatly they are impossible to source in the UK

I would like to see a size between medium and large.... One company did makde something of the like and called it 'regular' The fit of Northshore medium is perfect for me but most are too tight. The 24/7 were the best but expensive. Now sadly unavailible in Europe never mine UK

Prefer white medical nappies, i find ABDL printed diapers make me cringe, I agree printed nappies are thicker and absorb more. I have bought some from Nappies 'R' Us once. They felt nice and smooth, absorbed well but the baby imprints of furry animals make me cringe the same way a grown man making baby talk does. I asked the supplier Nappies 'R' Us if they would make the same nappy in plain white as they comission the designs under their branding.... no go, no plans.
