I find changing over the toilet is the best way to clean my messy diapers. I take down my pants and PUL pants and then push my feet under the toilet and take off the diaper, coaxing any solid mess into the toilet before placing it on the floor and wiping. Any particles usually land in the toilet rather than on the floor or in my suit pants. I also tried placing pads over my pants but this isn't easier. I wear a suit and tie to work, and this makes for a quick cleanup. I just purchased all the items on the grocery list and am trying to have a healthier diet now. Maybe this will help with the IBS and stomach pains... but I am 100% confident I will always have the urgency problems ? where I just have no control over when I go #2.

Help! I may have screwed this up. Went to the doctor today. Note I’m 100% self paying for any medical visits, procedures, pills etc. I have been having IBS and started messing in my sleep after my colonoscopy a few weeks ago. I had an appendectomy last year and had continence issues after. I wet the bed and wear diapers to remedy. I have embellished the daytime wetting and BM accidents, although I use diapers for everything now. There is some control. My wife made me go to the doctor. I’ve told my parents and friends of the issues. I’m ready at work. Now the medical community… I told the doctor I’ve had a few daytime BM “accidents” and have been having “urge incontinence” as well. She was caring and understanding. I got the colonoscopy because of my stomach problems but when I went in today I told her I wasn’t honest when she asked if I had had accidents and then embellished the daytime wetting and messing accidents. The doctor gave me an RX for Oxybutynin that has some scary side effects including dry mouth which I already have. Of course this won’t solve the bowel incontinence which is the real issue. Now I’m scheduled for an MRI and getting referrals out to urologist and going back to my colon doctor (had a polyp at 37). Any advice on what path I should take now? I’m concerned the specialists will read through it, especially the urologist considering it’s not entirely true on that front especially during the day.

So my NS Supremes only seem to last me 2-3 hours. Am I drinking too much? I do love them because the do absorb a lot. It’s my go to daytime diaper for everything. I wear PUL pants over them.

Walking out of lunch with a friend today

Went in yesterday with some mixed real and embellished issues and was given some meds and referrals. I told the doctor I was embarrassed about my issues and didn’t want them in my records. She said “well I have to write these in your notes” so I guess it’s in my records now. I’m now “trying” a voiding schedule, limited water and oxybutynin and going for a referral next.
