Thank you for sharing this info, just received 3 or Rears Omutsu Terry velcro diapers, and they are very high waisted, was wondering how I was going to completely cover them. I know my Large Trifeca only reach the top of the velcro strip, leaving about 2 inches exposed...

Have been seeing Massage therapist for several years, full trust her, as I have actually know (and worked with) both her and her husband since 2000. I normally used an insert pad when getting massage, and think she knew, but once had to go straight from work where I use a condom cath and leg bag. Firgot to bring a pad, and only thing I could get was a cheap diaper out of mobile food bank I manage. When I was on the table she came in and I told her what happened and what I was wearing, and why. She laughed politely, said she understand, and has a little leakage herself. Proceeded with massage, nothing else ever said about it, other than to ask if I need to use bathroom before she starts... Really love my MT!

Sounds like I'm one of the few that are above average, not horse hung (though I still wish it was bigger than it is), about 7 1/2 - 8", and fairly thick then erect, 3 -4" flaccid. Gives me a 'not flat' bulge when padded, normally Megamax with at least one booster. Have to kind of tuck it between the balls to get things comfortable

My wife has not been accepting in the past, and I "quit" for 7 years, until I started having some honest leakage issues, having to get up multiple times at night, or having to not be properly hydrated.... in Sept 2024 I went full time into protection, and to date she hasn't said anything about me wearing diapers at night, and pullups during the day, but I don't hide it, though I am respectful and keep it discreet. She sees how much better I sleep, and how my mood is better... anyway, your sharing is a great reminder that we have to look at the positive and just be the best possible version of ourselves, even if the best version is fully diapered..

Have ordered again since my last post, case each of Megamax, pullups, medium and large boosters. End of Nov I rooted my ankle and fractured one of the bones in the ankle, have been out of work on L&I since.. hoping to get back to work by end of Feb... Getting diaper on by myself was rough to start, I do the stand up method, as bathroom is too small to lay down, but other than that things have gone ok. Just wish there were other quality, hi capacity diapers in solid colors, preferable dark blue and black. The Megamax blue is a bit on the light, baby blue side for my taste, and white... Blegh. Would do printed, by wife would definitely not approve if those..

Well, after appointment with Ortho yesterday, MAY NOT be getting rotator cuff surgery, at least not right away... shot the shoulder full of meds to try to heal it enough to avoid surgery... wants me back in ~ 2 weeks to reevaluate and if it seems to be helping they will inject the left shoulder as well... Yay.......

Well, that may have opened a different door.... a knowing neighbor...

Yep, like I said above, trying to make sure I have enough to get through the Holidays without having to order more.. Just put the last 10 pack of Megamax's in my cabinet, still have 4 packs of Go Supreme and a couple of packs of booster pads.. adding 8 packs of Mega and 8 cases of boosters

Earlier this year I went 24/7 into Northshore's Go Supreme pullups, and, as things progressed got to where I was having to change around 3am due to leakage, so, in August when Mate (wife) went on a 3 week trip I went to Megamax's at night so I could sleep thru. I've worn nappy with a booster all but a couple of nights since, when out for the weekend with Mate. I've ordered replacement supplies as needed, and kept things low key, but am 100% sure Mate knows I am wearing, and has accepted that I need them, but have stayed very discrete. Change in closed bathroom, separate trash can, separate cabinet for supplies, etc. She has seen my Trifeca covers in the wash though, and didn't even comment about them. Yesterday, with the Holiday's coming, I placed my biggest Northshore order yet, all nappies, no pullups. Ordered 2 full cases of Megamax's, plus 2 cases of boosters, and 4 more Trifecta covers to get me thru until after New Years. This order, along with my current stash, is going to take more space than I have in the back of the closet, and will be openly visible if she even opens my closet door. Really dreading the next step, though... looks like I will be needing Rotator cuff surgery, and don't think I can get a nappy on right one handed... I am probably going to need her help to get ready for bed, as there is no way the Go Supreme pullups are going to get me thru the night anymore... More to come, I'm sure...

Pullup with a soaker pad is my daytime protection, most nights they won't make it all night....

Looking like I'll be going in for shoulder surgery soon, find out next month. Hospital is not a problem, am more worried of how I will get my night diaper on, I wear pullups during the day, and can one hand those. Hoping I can figure it out before surgery so I don't have to ask the wife to do it....

Laying in bed, if I wake up to go... also hardest. I can lay down in the living room and go, but still sometimes an issue in bed.

I use Northshore's pullups, with a booster, is good for at least a couple of good wettings, they come in colors, and are as good as the current Tena Slip diapers, in my opinion... snug fit, too. I use a pair if pouches briefs to hold/cover them, and Northshore Trifecta covers overnight..

Started with just an occassional dribble, probably age related. Once I started using men's pad it just felt right and I didn't worry about the dribbles and just started to relax. Over time the dribbles became small leaks, until the men's pad couldn't handle it, so went to pullups. Those felt even better, and had to be 'tested' to see what their limits were. After going from Depends to better, then Northshore pullups, I tried the Megamall sample they sent, and was hooked on full on diapers, still use pullups with a booster most of the time though.... so, started with medical/physical issue and has turned into untraining.. Surgery is not an option for me, so was wondering how to untraining more besides just doing what I am doing...

So, I have been slowly becoming UIC for a couple of years, getting there, but want to be further. Started with a little drip/dribble occasionally when I caughed or sneezed, then started happening when I squated down to lift. Used to have to get up 3-5 times a night, if well hydrated.. Now, I wear some sort of protection 24/7, Condom Cath with a leg bag at work(lack of facilities and can't get away from what I do to go sometimes), and Pullups with soaker and Northshore Trifecta cover the rest of the time, occasssionally a Megamax at night if I am well hydrated. Right now, during the day, I have severe urge IC, I get notice I need to go, and within 5-10 seconds I am going, most of the time whether I want to or not. If I use the bathroom, by the time I get done and am washing my hands I need to go again, not a lot, but enough. If I am runningwater to do dishes, etc, I wet. At night I sometimes wake up needing to go, and can get to the bathroom, other times I wake up just as bladder releases, and sometimes I just wake up wet. On the nights I don't get up, and especially the nights I just sleep throu, I sleep so much better, and wake up feeling more rested. I know I am functionally IC, but I still feel like I want even less control, total UIC.. don't want FIC, but somehow UIC just feel... I don't know why, but right.. Short of hypno, how can I lose the last vestiges of continance? I really just want to sleep straight thru the night, not have to get up to pee, and during the day, not have to stop what I'm doing every 30-45 minutes to use the bathroom.. I want to totally need my protection, not just backup for 'if, but mandatory to take care of myself... how do I get there from here?

Oh, should have read that closer.. missed the 'bowel' part of total... My desire, which I am slowly acheiving, is total UIC. Right now I have Urge, and have wet in my sleep a couple of times (in protection). Why I want this I really don't know, maybe because I've had to maintain control over so much thruoghout my life, and I just want to 'let it happen'. I love the feel adn comfort of a good diaper, but, for now am ok with Tena Mens night pads during the day, and Northshore premium pullups with a Tena night pad at night. I honestly feel very uncomfortable without some sort of protection.

I currently use Tnea overnight pullup, with a tena overnight mens pad booster, with a split in the back so it transfers to the pull up slower). Works very well for my needs (occasional full on wetting), and at night I add a second Mens pad, also split. Held up for 3 full wettings overnight.. Ordered Northshore's overnight pullup, in pictures it looks more 'underwear' ish than the Tena with the scrunchie mesh waist. will see how those work. Would be nice to not have to use the pad booster to help with cost. and as for why I don't just go full diaper? I would, but wife, to put it bluntly, is NOT a fan...

agree on the onsies, love them, but did have a snap on one that broke, adn sometimes, when things get a little full, the snaps do rub on my inner thighs
