  1. No Roads Left - Linkin Park (iTunes pre-order only bonus track.)
  2. Valentine's Day - Linkin Park (Listening to their new album "Minutes To Midnight" for the first time.)
  3. I don't experience bad days as much as I used to, but earlier in the year, I went through one of those days pretty much every other day. I was insulted, physically abused (at school, not at home), my things were stolen, and it was even starting to affect my grades. Since I had no-one to talk to, I was constantly in a bad mood. The only thing that helped me feel better was to ditch class, and spend the day in diapers; with my stuffed animals and my pacifier. Things may be better now, but I still have those days a few times a week. Bad days just can't be avoided, so I try my best to ignore them. They usually don't bother me anymore, because I know that things will be better in the future. It may take awhile, but I'm sure I'll get away from this place... --Brandon
  4. Welcome to DD, Sara! I'm glad you decided to stop lurking. I'd have to say we're very much alike, I'm somewhere around 7 - 8 emotionally, too. Whereas my AB side is totally a seperate part of me; more of a 'game.' (For lack of a better term...) Simply put I'd call myself "An intelligent 8 year-old stuck in an 18 year-old's body, who'd rather spend his time in a nursery." >_> Anyways, I hope you enjoy it here at DD! --Brandon
  5. Yeah, this happens a lot for me too. I usually just accept it, and focus on the other aspects of my life. Sometimes I get so caught up with the other things in my life, I hardly notice the purge-half of the cycle anyways! You shouldn't push anything on yourself, just go on living life. Try not to worry about it, sooner or later you'll be back to normal. I hope this helps, it works for me, but we're all different. Good luck resolving this issue, I know it can be a major pain in the ass... T.T P.S. Oh, and I almost forgot... Welcome back Necros! ^________^ --Brandon
  6. Not going to be too specific, so I'll just say that I'm in Sonoma County. --Brandon
  7. Yeah, no kidding! I visit San Francisco fairly often, and I've yet to see or hear anything about AB/DLs. You'd figure that in a city like San Francisco, people would be more openly AB/DL. I mean, they sure aren't shy about much else. >.>;; I don't get out much since my friends moved, so I'm always up for anything outside of my house! Plus, for us students, summer is almost here. Which means I'll have at least a free month on my calendar... --Brandon
  8. *Smacks face on keyboard* (Well, technically I'm not using one, but I'll do it anyways!) >_> *Ahem* Yes, I'm in the Bay Area, and I'd love to hang out with another AB/DL! I'm usually on AIM during the day, but I check DD often, so PMing works too. (It's just easier to type with a keyboard. AIM: jaugh88) I'm glad you decided to post, especially since I've only talked to one other DL in the Bay. X.x I'm looking forward to chatting, and hopefully meeting you. --Brandon
  9. Every day I wish that I could change the past... I made a really bad decision regarding my relationship with someone, and it caused our friendship to end. I haven't had any real friends since then. Have you ever tripped and fallen into a trash can?
  10. Well, it was the first racing game I'd ever played, and it was a lot of fun! They're selling copies of it for the Wii (on the Wii Shopping Channel), but I'm waiting on GoldenEye. I was going to buy the old Zelda games, but I've really over-played them. I'm all for playing older games, but nobody else seems to like 'em! Graphics whores... >_> --Brandon
  11. I take deep breaths, and try not to make the situation worse by striking someone. Mid-way into my "time outs" the feelings of guilt come, even if what I did was justifiable. And yes, even at 18, I still cry sometimes when I think about what I've done. >.<'' Have you ever tried to start a fight with someone who was obviously stronger than you?
  12. PC Games Retired RuneScape addict; they didn't put in enough intersting new updates/quests that made me want to stay... Retired MapleStory addict; I only played MS with my friends, so when they quit I did as well. Retired BF1942/DC pro; as soon as BF2 came out, my clan refused to play DC anymore, and I didn't feel like honing my BF2 skills. Active Counter-Strike 1.6 player; I usually play CS for a few months, then quit again >_>. Console Games I wouldn't even know where to start here x.X I guess I'll only list the games that I could own my friends with. (Basically the fighting games, because I never found any good FPS' for the Wii/GameCube.) Retired Super Smash Bros. Melee player; waiting on Brawl to come out for the Wii. Retired Soul Calibur II master; I'm still mad that I couldn't find any decent tournaments for SC2! Active DBZBT2 player; still waiting on a tournament for this game, too! I'm sure there are more, but I'm too lazy to post them all. xP --Brandon
  13. Well, I'm not sure Linkin Park ever was played off as a "Metal" band. While I agree that "Nu Metal" isn't truly "Metal," I don't think it was ever intended to be "Metal." And yes, I do fit in with that "pathetic-emo-depressed-sensitive-loner-hopeless-teenager" category, so I think that their music suits me well, no? --Brandon
  14. ^ Way too shy. x.X > Just finished a huge report, only one more to go! v What's the longest thing you've ever written?
  15. I just got the song off iTunes, and I like it. I'm curious as to what the rest of the new album will sound like, too. It's definitely different than anything they've done before, but I'll buy any albums they put out. Hopefully their new musical direction won't be too different, or they'll end up sounding like everybody else. While I do prefer their Nu Metal sound, it's nice to hear a little vareity. I'm really hoping they return to the way they sounded before, but I'll still continue to support them, regardless of this. Edit: I just saw the music video, and I have to say it was exceptional! It really captured the message of the song well. It's one of their best videos yet, in my opinion. --Brandon
  16. ^ There's one somewhere in the house, but I can't remember where. I had a nice rock collection when I was a kid, so I'm sure I've got one somewhere. > Turning my computer off. v What was the first job you ever had?
