  1. I used to have a lot of tape problems years back, then I discovered I was at the root of most of it. I now only apply barrier cream with a rubber glove, am extremely careful with powder and only put my diaper on with surgeon hands (thoroughly cleaned and dried). Oils, lotion or powder on your hands easily transfer on to the landing zone and compromise the tapes ability to do it's job. Another problem I had was that I use moisturizer after a shower and the lotion under my forearm was transferring to the diaper, so I had to include that into my ritual. It's now extremely rare for me to have a tape issue. I do credit that partially to the brands I buy. However when I went through my tape troubles, I was beating my head against the wall trying to figure out if it was me or the diaper. For instance, I've never had any luck wit the dry 24/7's, I've tried a few times, last year being the most recent. I'm interested to see who has had tape issues with what brands? Also please include when the diapers were purchased as companies are always making changes to their products and may have since improved (or degraded). On a separate note, If you are having tape issues, try the above. Also, after the tapes are applied, I always rub all four of them quickly to generate friction/heat to help the glue out. Then while firmly pressing all four tapes, I sit up and wiggle around to give the diaper an initial stretch so all the tension isn't on the tape. So how are your tapes treating you?

  2. I am a DL who has always loved wearing diapers and I have always wanted to "Have" to wear them 24/7 against my will, with no control over the matter. This had always been one of my biggest fantasies. The embarrassment of the situation, having to wear diapers all day and everywhere, whether I wanted to or not. In my head, this was always my ultimate fantasy whenever I wore.

  4. I don't think you did anything wrong. To me, it just sounds like her medicines were just not in line. Some medicines can jack up the blood sugar, such as prednisone. I don't think the blood pressure could have been 300 something, More likely it was 200 something, or someone was reading the BP cuff wrong. Regardless, if the blood pressure was in the 200's, it is because her PCP needs to evaluate her medications. This will likely be done while she is in the hospital.

  5. When I change I do use Zest as it doesn't have any moisturizer and it helps strip off the barrier a lot better. Then I use moisturizing soap after that (with a lot of fragrance lol).

  6. No she didn't know before we got married - I didn't really know ether. We have been together for about 29 years married nearly 24 years and I only came out about 2 years ago. It was hard on her at first (and me )but she is a very lovely lady and is fine with it now, she is not into it herself she will change me sometimes. I think the fact that I have had some incontinence and bedwetting issues for a number of years helped as she was used to seeing me in a nappy. Now she nows I like my nappies .our relationship is better than ever. Sent from my SM-N910U using Tapatalk
