I have with a few people. Mostly as part of BDSM relationships with me being the dominant, but I have had straight up fondles with others in diapers. Awww this is a great thread. One of my favourite aspects of looking after little ones is bath time. I love the bubbles and how soft it makes the littles skin. I like to play with them and swirl the warm water about while washing them all over. I make sure to wash behind the ears and make sure no soap or shampoo gets in their eyes. I may sing a soothing lullaby to relax them and allow them a small toy or something to play with. Afterwards comes the drying and baby powder all over to keep that moisture locked in. Once baby is dry I will put them in a diaper and clothing before deciding what next to do. Bath time is very special for me as a mother and it has created some lovely memories for me and the littles I have cared for.

I would never advocate lying for any reason, but honestly understood why you have done so. You were caught out had to think on your feet to not make the situation any worse. It was instinct as opposed to out and out lying but you may have to deal with this again. If your friend starts asking lots of questions you may have to come clean and tell the truth. Telling a lie once can be manageable but having to maintain it if someone persists with the conversation can see you being caught out. Hopefully your friend will respect what has been said and not mention it anymore. You can then just let it slide away slowly and you may not have need to continue your deception. On the other hand if your friend does take an interest and wants to understand more it may be good opportunity to say you made a mistake and want to explain what is really going on. I do wish you the very best and hope it does not cause any problems for you and your friend.

I have enjoyed this thread very much. I will be honest that I do not have specific rules I adhere to when looking after a little. Maybe there are some unspoken rituals or expected behaviours but I tend to go with the flow. For me having a free style as opposed to a set agenda makes for more fun. But I can completely understand the need for rules when concerning a naughty little or a bratty baby! If a little does misbehave I do enforce corner time and the clock is reset if they turn around or speak, so maybe I do have some rules after all. Who knew, haha.

You could use an old towel to make a cloth diaper. Pretty simple actually and you can use some tight pants to keep it all in place if you do not have any plastic pants. I remember doing this for a sissy I met up with who wanted to experience cloth diapers. I only had disposable so we improvised and used a towel and I had some plastic pants so it was fun. There is an ABDL cam site, but it is not for professionals. Some do show their faces and diapers etc, lots of roleplay goes on there from what I can remember. You have to pay a yearly subscription of $10 if memory serves.

To answer the original question concerning caregivers paths to this I hope my input may help. I am a mother to a couple of littles and as you describe I get much joy from playing this role in their lives. The control and the teaching is wonderful and seeing their faces when they get attention is very rewarding. Is it something that is 'hard-wired'? A difficult question but being that I am unable to have my own children maybe this scene goes some way to fulfil my nurturing instincts? I obviously know the difference from looking after actual children to those in the ABDL scene but perhaps the actual emotion is connected.

Facebook is awful for anything fetish related.I guess I can understand because it is a well used platform and attracts the idiots and time wasters. And I agree with what has been mentioned above their blocking and deleting policy seems sporadic and a little random at times. I tend to use it for my other interest not connected to this scene. I have had a look across some of the sissy pages on their but they always seem pointless and full of junk or 'add me' messages.
