I guess this is an attempt at "introducing" myself and maybe finding some common ground with another (ab)DL who may have a similar experience as me. SOOOO in a nutshell I've had trouble with bedwetting and night terrors for as long as I can remember. At an early age, I was put back in them for sleep (which I hated and protested) and was in and out of them depending on need, which was not as frequently as in my twenties (which is scary lol) but anyway... i'm back in them for bedwetting and occasional daytime use.

I've accepted PayPal payments for the last 4 years, and PayPal is WAY better now then it use to be, when I first started with Paypal I would cash out the funds as soon as I got them with my debit card, becouse my account would be frozen on what was basicly a monthly basis, but in the last year, I've actually had no problems at all with PayPal, and even had them defend me in cases of pure scams. Sadly the damage is done, I still to this day don't sell on eBay becouse of what PayPal has done to me in the past, but it's defantly improving.

This is a really bad idea, because having priapism does not damage your ability to have erections, it causes blood clots to form in your penis. The treatment for this is to sometimes inject the penis with needles of phenylephrine to get the erection to go down, but this is oftentimes not successful. The thing that happens a lot is that the clots cause necrosis which ends up needing to have surgery to remove the erectile tissues, or an amputation of the entire penis depending on the severity of the necrosis. I have seen priapism in the ER a few times, including one sad case where a young gentlemen had to have the erectile tissue taken out, and will need an implant if he is to ever have penile sex again. He was only 18. The idea of not wanting to have erections is neither weird nor unattainable, but your plan to go about it is flawed and dangerous.

I can only reiterate what has been said above. A few of the online stores now accomodate deliveries like collectplus, DPD, shop collections. The bigger stores like Boots and Asda stock own brand and Tena nappies. Mobility shops can also be a goldmine. The options open for buying have never been better for those that don't want them delivered to a home address.
