12 months IS pretty standard. A good psych is more flexible depending on age and, in my case, having previously been masc of center But for something like this with basically no long therm studies, peer review, or even anecdotal evidence? Yeah 12 months is probably the most likely outcome

I would think that might fall under bratting or something similar... but I would think it’s just come down to being more demanding/bossy in little space unless you’re looking for a specific kind of dominance

Put each one in a 30 gallon black garbage bag, spin the bag so the air goes out and you can knot it, and then put two knots in the twisted plastic bag itself before you use the bag ties at the top. Seems to seal most of the smell of urine in and can buy you a couple extra days to sneak something into the garbage.

Yeah, I definitely wouldn't say being a transman has ANYTHING to do with my fondness for diapers. In general though, I've found transmen seem to more often go "stealth" so I don't know if FTM AB's/DL's are statistically rare or we're are common as expect by standard percentages and just most don't openly state they're trans.

Given the similar attitude of "you may regret it" or being told you're doing harm to yourself experienced in transitioning gender - have you checked any lists online for doctors in your area that are either kink friendly or have a history of working with the lgbt population? Either might be more open minded to non-traditional approached than you'd get with a random psych.

I'm coming up to the hot time of year, being a resident of the middle of the fucking desert. I don't know how people who are incontinent do it, I get so warm, especially with plastic pants.

I definitely had a few incidents in early grade school - though they're mostly fuzzy. Mostly 1st grade I think. I was an shy undiagnosed autistic kid and despite being on good terms with my school mates on the virtue of small class size and being in the same kindergarten class - I had a hard time expressing myself sometimes. I recall peeing my pants once at a birthday party. It was a friend's birthday and her mom was a teacher at the school so I knew them both BUT....I'd never been to their house before. And didn't feel like I knew how to ask and didn't want to draw attention to myself. I remember hoping someone would ask if I needed to go or show me as I grew more and more desperate. In the end, I soaked my jeans. I don't know if my mom brought a pair or I was loaned one. I don't recall any teasing about it though - which is surprising for children of that age.

I recently got my second shot the other day. Definitely got a headache and my arm is a little sore - but no more than what i'd go through every other week anyway so far.

As a public figure, he wasn't a great one and certainly didn't help the image of the monarchy. But I do feel for his grandchildren and Her Majesty. I cannot begin to imagine over 70 years of marriage let alone the immense feeling of loss that must follow at it's end.

I will say, regarding the psych clear, I got cleared for hormones within a few months and top surgery within a year. That being said, I was already on the butch side prior, working with a queer friendly therapist, and going for her for a different issue. But my point here is - trans surgery which is becoming more commonly accepted doesn’t necessarily take years anymore. I imagine if you find a good/open minded psych it may be less of a process than you think, though it’s probably best to brace yourself anyway. I would reckon the urologist may be the difficult part.

Capactity. I'm a heavy wetter and it sucks the average diaper is a one time deal if my bladder is ever near full. Resealable tapes. This isn't a make or break, but as I don't mess ever, the cloth-like tape zone is an amazing thing, letting me have plastic diapers but being able to adjust or reseal. Leak guards. Enough said.

As I can only wear and wet infrequently. Each used diaper goes in a black plastic bag which I knot in two places in the bag itself to try to help contain any odour. They then get shoved in a trashbag with my room trash on trash day.
