I have been shaving my privates for a number of years. I prefer being smooth, and now hair seems very weird and uncomfortable. I simply use soap and a disposable razor while taking my shower with no problems. If you may experience a little bit of a rash in the beginning , but that will stop after a while.

I have urge incontinence and need to wear disposable diapers more often lately.

So far I have purchased and worn Priva vinyl pants over my disposable diapers, but now I would like to try a new brand to compare. Would appreciate any recommendations of preferred brands, why you like them, and where to purchase them on the internet.

Glad you got up the courage to tell your wife, now you will have the chance to expand your desire of wearing diapers and other needed products to accompany them. I have found wearing a onsie is wonderful when you are out in public preventing any chance of your diaper ever showing at the top of your pants. Having it on also keeps your diaper nice and snug if you end up wetting.

I have tried my first onesie and like it very much. The company only offered it in baby blue, pink , or white. I bought white, but would also like to purchase a black one. If any one knows of a company that offers a larger color selection I would appreciate the information. Thanks, Gerald

I have read several times that using a Foley Catheter continuously for a number of years will weaken the sphincter muscle to the point that one becomes incontinent. Has anyone knowledge about this?

George: I agree with the majority that you should consider an alternative mean of becoming incontinent. As many have suggested, have yourself catheterized with a Foley indwelling type catheter. First, you will loose all control of your bladder and will have to wear a diaper or use a leg bag. If you continue catheterization for a long period of time I understand that it will weaken your sphincter muscle to the point that you will naturally become incontinent. If you choose, I have read that this may be reversed by certain exercises to strengthen the muscle again. Yes, you will have to be very carefull to prevent UTI , but this method will leave you with an option in the future.

Hi Phil: Don't feel alone, I believe so many of us guys sooner or later start to slip into incontinence in some degree before we realize what is going on. Once it has our attention we have to start learning ways to manage it. I also experience "after dripping" and lately have developed "urge" incontinence. I also use male guards and sleep in diapers. In the last 8 months I have gone to using some of the time an external catheter during the day. In regards to standing and urinating at home, you might try using a hand urinal and then emptying it into the toilet. For me it solved what you were talking about, no more wipe ups and splaters.

To answer your question, I recommend that you definitely use a disposable diaper not a pull up under wear style. Even though you are a thin man, I believe "small" must snitch up nice and tight around your waist, leaving you plenty of room in the pouch area to get an erection. As us men know, that is one of the plus points of wearing a diaper to bed or even during the day, we can masturbate and enjoy it knowing we have full protection. Don't forget, masturbation keeps your prostate healthy, so use those diapers .

I am courious of how many of you men got up the courage to finally admit to your wife or partner that you had a desire to wear a diaper to sleep in. Then once you got started wearing you discovered over time that you do drip during the night and now "they" expect you to be diapered when bed time comes, leaving you no choice.
