we live by the sea and it gets windy...eather the brolly pulls you around...lilke mary poppins! (i guess she must be form here!)

or it gets terned inside out and thats in normal weather!!

okies i'll agree that on the coast maybe a cagoule is a better idea... friend of mine in somerset had his motobike blow over in the gale force winds we've been having!

i can belive that...took my son to nursery this morning....had to hold his hand tight as he was being blown all over the place!!

he just said 'the wind is helping me walk'...this is because it was blowing him hard from behind! today wasn't even as bad as other days!!

Not sure if it is this global warming we keep hearing about, but we seem to have constant strong winds now. Wish it would ease up. Bad enough inland, but by the coast is as Juni said a nightmare.

i rember it being like this here as a kid, i always rember it as a windy place and when i was little the sound of the wind scared me......so not sure if it from warmig or not....
