Out of curiousity, how do the hollow butt plugs work? Do you just stick them in, wear a diaper and constantly leak? Is there a limit of how deep they can go inside to prevent completely going inside of butt? Are they easy to take out after wearing for a longer period of time?

I actually do the same thing. I wear a long leg girdle over the diapers so it quiets down the crinkling when I have to wear during the day when I am out and about.

I suggest the the Leak Master Deluxe plastic pants from www.Adultclothdiaper.com I have been using their products for over 3 years and have not had any problems.

I wear plastic pants and a long leg girdle over my diapers.

What Size?

It may take you a week to get used to them!! It took me two weeks to get used to the bulk and then I ended switching to the ABENA X-PLus as a full time diaper. I wouldn't switch to any other brand. I have tried them all. They work out great for bowel incontinence because of the fecal guards.
