Just drink more fluids in general and use your diapers whenever you need to go Pee-pee and eventually your bladder will shrink and you won't know when you're going pee-pees eventually just like a real baby. And your diaper will more or less always be wet, without you even knowing.
Goodnitesboi Posted February 3 Posted February 3 Drink a lot of liquids, soda, coffee, tea, energy drinks, hot chocolate, juice, water and you'll be peeing and peeing your diaper.
oznl Posted February 4 Posted February 4 If you drink more, all other things being equal, you will pee more but that may not be helpful. If you simply empty your bladder every time you think of it, more than once per hour, my experience has been that your bladder becomes intolerant of holding pee and you will need to pee more frequently. You fake it until you make it. You don't pee more, you just need to pee more often, and with smaller volumes. I've no idea how many times I pee during the day now as I don't always notice anymore but it would be dozens of times. At night, I suspect I pee 3 - 5 times but I often sleep through these events now. That's after quite a few years but I think I'd begun to notice increased urinary frequency within a few months of going back into nappies. My experience has also been that nappies seem to work better under these usage conditions: they prefer constant drizzle to episodic monsoonal flooding it seems.
Crinklz Kat Posted February 5 Posted February 5 Well... everybody says drink more .... but seems I can chug chug chug and still not pee like a horse. Then there are days where I gotta go like every 30 minutes, but that lasts for only a few hours. And it always seems to be when I'm at work too.
SparklyPrincess Posted February 9 Posted February 9 Be careful you're not over-hydrating yourself either too quickly. Fluids are of course, good, but pace yourself.

Drink a ton of water and coffee on an empty stomach. Especially the coffee. I drink a ton of coffee so I can handle it. I realize some people get the jitters from too much coffee so YMMV. best of luck.
