Haven't pooped in 4 days. How to deal with constipation?

So the last time I pooped was Monday. It is now Friday. My plan tonight is to take Exlax, wait a few hours, then take mineral oil, then wait a couple of hours and take milk of magnesia. I'm planning to hold it as long as I can, then put on two diapers with a slit cut in the first one so more will be absorbed and hopefully not leak because I feel really full. I'm also planning on maybe taking 1-2 bisacodyl suppositories if I am not able to go by a certain time.

Does anyone have any recommendations on anything else I can use to help?

Be careful mixing all those laxitives. Your diaper will most likely leak somewhere. That much sloppy mess has to go somewhere. I find that disposable diapers don’t absorb dirreaha very well. Most likely it will blow out the legs or up over the rear waistband. But have fun with it and be safe

Thanks for the advice. I hope it doesn't leak but if it does then at least I'll either be in the bathroom or close to it. Last weekend I did marshmallows and when they were ready to come out, there was nothing I could do except stand there as I uncontrollably messed my diaper. When I was done I hopped in the shower. I also only take the max amount that's safe, and I read about any interactions between the things I'm taking, so I'm definitely as safe as can be.

YES ----- Try taking an enema as large as you can possibly take. The larger it is, the better.

I thought about it, especially when my ass was hurting this morning but I knew that if I held on then it would be worth it tonight. An enema would be too liquidy and the diaper may not contain everything.

But it sure would  get it all out fast 😉. Especially if it was a full two gallons of water. It would flush out your entire digestive system ==== both intestines, your stomach and all the way out via not your butt, but your top end known as your mouth.

Now if you wonder if I have ever had an enema such as that one ==== the answer is YES and very often when others give me enemas. Is there anyone on this website who would like to do that to me? If so, let me know. I will let you do it to me. If you are another male you can even take me anally after you clean me out in that way as long as it is with a condom. No bareback allowed. If you are a female, we can have vaginal sex after the enema. Again, with condoms. No bareback allowed. One more thing, if you are a male and can get up to four other males to do this to me, I will allow all five of you to have your way with me anally gangbang style one right after the other. Of course, no bareback from any of you.

Eating a bunch of prunes and drinking some prune juice will get you cleaned out. That's what I do when I really want to fill my diaper.

Quite true, but it will get everything out fast. If you do not want it to come out right away, insert an inflatable butt plug first. It will force you to keep it in until the butt plug is deflated.

As for me, I do that quite often if I want to retain an enema. The longest I have ever retained an enema for is 1 full hour. Of course, that was a time when I was getting enemas from this male and female couple who were doing it for their enjoyment and my punishmnet. The amount of water put in me was 6 quarts. By the tme I was allowed to expel the enema my body had absorbed about 1½ quarts of that enema. They further humiliated me by teasing me while I was retaining the enema. Then they watched me on the toilet as I let it out.

If you have this problem a lot, then you need to see your doctor.  Odds are that your diet needs changing far more than your diapers.  And check your fluid intake.

I have to have a strict diet of High fiber, get really badly constipated, I use fiber cereals, Fruit, prune juice, high fiber bread, Oatmeal, Metamucil.
