I'm curious why was she wearing a diaper in the first place. She was traveling with her mom, so I guess she wasn't that old. Wouldn't a diaper be also suspicious to her mom?

My guess is that she's some kind of incontinent. Maybe some sort of OAB and it wasn't practical or fun to have to get up, fight your way past a ton of people in cramped seats and go to the tiny bathroom every five fricking minutes for however many hours the flight lasted.

I get the idea that if she wore a diaper, no one would want to check, but more likely she just stuffed it down her pants, like many a person has done.
