Looking for a Nonsexual Role play with a daddy

I know its a long shot as soon as i say non-sexual, even longer once i say a daddy. but here I am asking anyway. 
some basics i prefer a more story telling style than just action tidbits. where are we how are we. thought bubbles etc. 

i'm open to scenarios but themes i enjoy are regression in all cases i'm an actual adult but my behavior is somewhere between 7-10 with a weak bladder. spankings and time outs and other "age appropriate" punishments are fine. not a lot of actual humiliation but the threat of it. 
its late so my thoughts are all over the place but right now i figured i'd give a post a shot.
