Can't Download Gallery Favourites As Zip File

I can't seem to download a Zip file of my favourites in the Coppermine gallery / megapics.. it worked a couple of months ago but not any more!

I've tried disabling my 'net security stuff, tried IE and Firefox seperately, also tried from a different location and even from a Mac but i get "Cant find server" from IE, a blank page from Firefox and "Lost network connection" from Safari when I click "Download as Zip file" on the favourites page

Of course I could just go through and download each pic manually but thought i'd ask if this can be fixed first

anyone else got the same problem? / any ideas?

I'll have to check with our service provider. It's probably a security thing since the zip file would have to be written to the server for you to download it.
