I totally agree with you even when I only wear my panties tights and socks I feel a little sissy and that’s at work .

I know I don’t wear what most people think of as a sissy baby but the only frills that I wear are diaper covers then again I don’t see many babies wearing full frill dresses anymore. 
my dress seems to be a bit of everything girls underwear and sleepwear with frills over panties with a baby girl bib ,pacifier and even a blue dog collar . 
do I feel less like a sissy baby no I feel very much like a sissy and looking forward to seeing wear it take me on my next adventure in my life
