AB Scene in ER Tv series

There was a scene in season 9 episode 2.  The doctor Gallant is doing his rotation in physiology.  And he tells the doctor working on the patient that he is a AB and the patient is wearing just a diaper and he is acting just like a AB.

And they eve ask him about a diaper change and all.
