Star Trek TNG: Sleepy Bridge Sequence

Hello everyone:

I know that there are sometimes when we all get discouraged and depressed, or there's times when we can't sleep: one of the most important things is to try to get as much sleep as you can, but even sometimes that is impossible. I figured that the easiest way for that to happen, is to have a situation where you can be in a relaxed state. I now post the following to help you get into a good mindset so you can relax and enjoy yourself and try to get some rest period it is from the Starship enterprise NCC 1701D: abridged sequence where you hear computers beep and a bunch of ambient noise that happens on the bridge along with what seems to be low frequency heavy blowing air or something. Whatever it is it is very relaxing. It is 8 hours.
