ABDL Reference in Not For Broadcast

I've been playing "Not For Broadcast" and it's been really fun. You are basically the editor for a news program and it's all very silly and funny. They don't try to take themselves seriously and it has full motion video which is quite novel in this day and age.

Anyway there is a part set during lockdown and they are reporting on a toilet paper shortage. I'm paraphrasing but the anchor says "With a toilet paper shortage hitting families across the country some adults have turned to a more childish solution... Or at least that's their excuse." Accompanied by this picture:
