If she had worn a diaper, she wouldn't have had to use the outhouse, drop her cell phone in the hole, try and retrieve it and fall headfirst into the pit of poo!

Again, if you just wear diapers on your hike there is no need to bury your poop in a shallow hole in the first place!  Yeah, you now have to pack your poo out from your hike, but you would have had to pack out your diaper anyway so what's the diff?
