Words or phrases that trigger little space

So for those who have a mommy or daddy or caregiver do certain words or phrases trigger your regression or little space.

For instance, time for a change, or someone has a dirty diaper, or here’s your pacifier and of course someone needs a baba

Besides daddy's pet names for me, I love to hear the phrase "uh-oh". It's such a babyish way of expressing an accident of some sort, either spilling your juice or knocking something over or especially an accident in your diaper. So much that I like to refer to what ends up in my diaper as uh-ohs. Whenever I make a pee pee and daddy checks me, I just say "uh-oh" and he knows ^_^

For me it's more about my Daddy's action than words or phrases. That said, if I had to pick one it would be when my Daddy offers lap time. He pats His lap then I curl up on His chest, snuggle into His warmth and scent and listen to His heartbeat. Instant little space.

yup, but only when I am alone or when I was with my CG a few years ago, since I had someone that would've protected me and understood

Well, that was good little buddy. It's gotta be tough not having a daddy to take care of you when you go into little space.???

The one daddy I've had used to call me his lil prince, and even now, just thinking about him saying it (I hear it in his soft, amazing voice) makes me feel tiny and I remember our snuggles and changies and bath times. :)

I have never had a mommy, but if I did I would agree with you that using the word "uh-oh" to refer to the accidents in my diaper would make me feel very little.

I don't have a ABDL mommy or daddy?, however my step dad accidently triggered my little space once when he started talking to me like a toddler because of my bedwetting issues From medical and psychological issues, not shure what his end game was when he refered to my diapers as diapees but he probally got the exact reverse of what he intended, and my mom when I was liveing with her had me toss all my pacis out but changed her mind after because my sister actually talked to her about it and my mom offered to take me to walmart to get some new ones, I refused her offer though because the ones at walmart were too small exactly like the ones she had me toss out. It got a bit more messed up when my Psychatrist at the time had made the reccomendation that I find a Paci that is sized for a adult as they thought is was a great copeing skill for me ?

Diapee, Paci, bedtime, and unfortunately the dreaded words I usually recieve from doctors while I'm sick and already in Little Space <Time Out>. Yes the doctors in my state don't treat patients by the physical age but by their precieved mental age.

I have had every one of my old doctors accidently send me into full on little space in appointments with them. ( I had a change in my team of doctors a few months ago) They didn't even try to stop it and more or less encouraged it by talking to me like they would a toddler to little child ?

My step-grand father's nick name for me was Babe

My aunt's nick name for me was Peanut and she used that nickname up until I was 32yo about 3years ago

Oh God, ACTUALLY hearing THIS story is putting me into "Little Space" as we speak! LOL! Did you EVER get some NEW pacis buddy?! The big ones that adult sized. Do your parents know that you're a ABDL? It sounds like they do. And why do you need a team of doctors, do they know you're an ABDL as well? As a matter of fact, how did you get involved in the diapered life buddy?!??? I REALLY wanna KNOW your story buddy. Maybe we could be friends!???????????

@ Jesse The BabySpiderBoy, I had a issue with linking useing the quote feature ?. Under the reccomendation of my Psychartrist ordered Adult sized, (I'm actually waiting on a new order as the NUK5 finally wore out last month), I'm pretty shure my parents don't know what ABDL means, they do know I use pacis and wear diapers to bed and never act my age ?. Then again my mom might have pieced it together as she helped me on makeing a decision on what case of bambino diapers to order ?. I'm autistic, have sensory issues, ADHD and PTSD so I have a mental health case manager, a mental health councilor, a psychatrist usually for med management (not on any psych meds right now), a psychologist, a primary care provider for medical needs and referals to specialists that they feel it would be better if I saw. That is just the basic team of doctors for me ?. I have had alot more doctors at the same time than that. ? The answer of how I got involved in the diapered life is quite simple nessessity, as being autistic, with ADHD wasn't enough to make me wake up drenched in pee every morning I also have sensory issues which make it hard for me to sleep normally in  over 72⁰F and PTSD also causes bedwetting. So for me the ABDL aspect is if It is going to happen anyways why not try to enjoy it, believe me I tried the other way of trying to see urologists by referals from my old PCP, after 3 months of  appointments and mutiple medications that help children with bedwetting all failing in drastic ways and me in the ER because of them, the urologist said have you ever worn protection to bed as there is nothing I can do to help. Already been down that route and it was depressing as H377?. So incorperateing sensory input along with a nessessity makes the most sense however I don't care about much when I'm in little space. There was also alot of bad experiances with cronic constipation and a PCP who treated me by my mental age after trying a adult treatment ended horibally bad, she switched the treatmen to 45ml of lactulose a day. So to answer the question better if my doctors know I'm a Little they are trying to keep it that way ?. Scence my state has a state wide medical record database It wouldn't matter what doctor I saw. Even the emergency room at both my local hospitals 98% of the time put up both rails on the gurney like they do with toddlers.

I know you think you want to know my story but, Trust me when I say my story is best to not share in full?

Buddy, I've heard it ALL before.??????☺️? So TRUST me, if it's NOT PG or or if it's R-rated or X-rated, I DON'T care! And I don't wanna have to try and guess because my guesses would be EXTREMELY fucked up and you'd be like, "What the HELL?!??????" "What the HELL are you thinking buddy?!"???☹️ LOL!???????☺️ So believe me, it's BEST that you tell me now, cuz the MORE you DON'T tell me the MORE I want to know. And the MORE I wanna know makes me like a dog on a bone, I DON'T let it go when I want to KNOW something.????? LOL!???
