I put one on at 12:15 today - 02-12-2022

7.7 ounces dry weight

While it seems expensive at first look, I didn't want to get stuck with a whole bag of something I couldn't wear if they didn't fit right. 

I do have Large size coming.

First impressions:  

I have worn Bambino Bianco's in the past and liked them.... this was a long time coming review I wanted to do.

I took an overall look at this and while the leg gathers are nice and tall, "this doesn't seem flimsy to me" as other "cheaper brands of hook n loop style drug store brand diapers DO.  After all, 4500 ml capacity, it's at least 3x as better than the drug store brands will be.

It IS a plastic backed adult diaper minus the "fastener landing area" - not a shiny plastic but a matte finish.

I have NO CLUE what an extra absorbent double-drum formed core  is , even what micro memory technology is.. Anyone from Bambino care to tell me?

After putting one on, I found that the "Mechanical hook and loop closure system with extra wide, extra strength hook tabs" should be applied with both thumb and index fingers on BOTH sides - from outside the diaper and INSIDE, IE pinch them together, to achieve GOOD fastening. If you don't.... it will pop off as soon as you sit down.

You CANNOT put these diapers on SUPER TIGHT, the fasteners will pop off, but snug works well, using the pinch method on the fasteners.

Also.... IF YOU ARE AN in between size like I am, their S/M (26"-46") fits nice and snug, waist band is NOT a tall one but just about right, maybe they can add 1/2 inch to the length at either end?? for folding it down into the diaper for nightime leaks - even sitting and getting a t-shirt wet in front.

Waistband is nice and "more snug", more than any other diapers I wear, Rearz, ConfiDry 24/7, Forsite AM/PM, but NOT constricting. 

I did notice that about 20 minutes after putting the diaper on, it "relaxed" and I had to tighten up the fasteners. 

First flooding: 1:10 pm. Held everything while sitting down writing this review and another review. Now almost the whole front wetted, soaked up nicely. not even to the crotch.

Second flooding: 2:18 pm. It still held everything while sitting down writing this review and another review.  Now the whole front wetted, soaked up nicely. not even to the crotch. 

Third wetting, not flooding 3:09 pm ... Still holding everything ok, watching a movie, still not even past the crotch. 

4th wetting, not flooding: 4:04 pm still all ok, front is swelling up, still not past the crotch 

5th wetting, not flooding: 5:36 pm still ok, wetness just now going into the crotch.

6th wetting, not flooding: 6:41 pm  just now staring into the crotch, not able to absorb anything more in front. 

7th wetting, not flooding, 8: 02 pm more and more past the crotch, notable to hold or absorb anything in front. I had to tighten up the fasteners. 

8th wetting, not flooding, 949 pm Soaked about 2 inches into the rear of the diaper now... 

9th and final wetting, not a flooding 11:18 pm Soaked front to back now, this is it for this diaper.

Note: I did not push any more fluids that I normally take it daily. aka "No Beer Test"

Would I buy them again? ... Yes. I did get two more 2 pack samples for my stash.....large sizes ae also coming.

I've been tempted to try disposables, but I'm so hooked on my coth diapering system that i haven't tried any disposables yet and frankly don't have enough of a desire to. Besides, I have so many cute PUL waterproof covers, I'm satisfied.

I have tried them. I have NO objections to calling them "briefs". If the boys want to wear them: Good.  It is kind of like wearing a paper tiara when the real thing is right next to you It is like waring trousers and not being a blonde and being called "Chris" You are missing nothing but spent money and disappointment. They are as much diapers as we are little boys
