My head hurts

Have a bad migraine today, my usual meds aren't breaking it. May have to go to Urgent Care for  some migraine busting shots.

Erf..... Sorry, hope it does'nt end up.in the ER....that always sucks. Caffine is supposed to help relieve migrains via increased blood flow and oxygen.....but thats just what I hear...need to research that.

melatonin helps, it will make you sleepy but it helps.

Yeah, caffeine is one of the ingredients in my migraine medicine. Have a headache again today, but trying regular otc pills first.

My go to OTC is Ibuprofen (Motrin is my usual brand), honestly its the only thing that seems to work on my migraines, Tylenol.... lol, nothin, took 4 once to try to kill it, all I got from the Tylenol was that horrible aftertaste you get from the Tylenol, didn't even put a dent in it. As for coffee, I drink that normally anyway which may be why I don't get minor ones as the coffee may be heading those off before they can start.
