I can wet my diaper almost automatically when standing or when I get up, but if I’m sitting even for a short amount of time, there is in the beginning a small amount of pain (I’m guessing pressure). Also wet in bed, pretty much soak my diaper without waking up, I’m a heavy sleeper so that helps.  Due to an injury, I have looseness and bowel movements happen without much trouble.
