ThomasInWVa
Ok, it appears that my sudden shift into complete urinary incontinence also included total ED. For about a week now, absolutely no erections. Not even a partial. Nada. I've resisted taking any ED meds in the past as I didn't want to deal with the side effects. Especially being prone to Afib and palpations. I still have a strong sex drive and urge. I can have an orgasm but ejaculation isn't strong at all. But the overall quantity of semen produced seems the same. Going for a referral to the right specialist but also hoping to get some suggestions from the group. Not looking for sympathy. But any idea or helpful experience would be appreciated. Thanks Link to comment
steve in diaps
Sorry that is a hard issue to deal with. First I suggest not to get over stressed and wait for test results. There are many things that affect sexual functions. I have many issues and each one has an impact on my ability to function. But stress and worry can be self serving and can add to the problem. I know how hard that is to say or do. If you update us on what you find out. Link to comment

The issue is that it's NOT hard !!! ??? ( I couldn't resist... But I DO know all about it. I've been impotent for a few years now. But Viagra does help for short term.) Link to comment
steve in diaps
?? I understand. After bypass surgery I couldn't get hard for 3 months or so. 5 or 6 months to orgasm. Thought I was going to die when it happened. Didn't try again for almost 3 months. First it was my back injuries = less orgasm strength. Then heart attack = even less strength and distance ?. Replaced stents = less again. After bypass = drip or just leak out. ? Now when I orgasm I wonder if it will come out. At least I don't pee when I'm hard. Just don't stay hard as long. Used to stay hard for the next round ? Doctors are not too concerned as I'm still breathing and walking. Any issues I have must be an illusion. Link to comment
