I have sleeping problems as of recent so I'll ask a bunch of people that sleep like babies (heheh), what is your remedy to a sleepless night? and no redbull dosn't count

The doctor could send you in for a sleep study.

Most of the time they treat it with medication.

Before you go to the doctor, there's a few things you can try yourself: cutting out caffeine & any other stimulants, eliminating distractions (TV, etc) and making sure that the room is not too hot/cold/light/etc, and trying to stick to a specific routine, even if you don't fall asleep, go to bed and try to get up at the same times each day.
