First time wearing because the need of it and around my family

its weird they my child and father in law I have never worn a diaper around them, But now today it was needed or be making a mess of my clothes and furniture. My 4 year old doesn't realize or care , but I'm worried about it. I have disease MCAD it screws up my whole digestive system and down my bum as well other problems. I feel lucky I'm not up tight willing to do what I need to do, the diapers. Does any have advice about staying come not worrying about my family noticing(my wife knows she is amazing). Thank you for any advice

You have a medical problume.That is all you have to tell them IF they ask.

Wear pants. Keeping them covered is the best way. If they bring it up, tell it's a medical problem.

I can assure you that they will not notice it unless you do something to bring attention to it or wear clothes that reveal them.  I started wearing while my wife was at home and she didn't notice for about a month.

I would tell your family and close friends of your new medical issue when needed, it has made it way easier for me to deal with my Ic issues and not having to hide the fact I need to wear 24/7.   When we traveled with a family friend I let her know as well as I always had my diaper bag with me every where we went and every time I went into  the bathroom.
