beallucanb
It sounds like you are more comfortable using your diapers, and are saving up not going, just to use them. If you are pissing alot all the time, go have your blood sugar tested, you could be sneaking up on diabetes, take care of it now before it gets worse. 1 Link to comment
Wolf
I would seek out a medical professional. I would go first to the Urgent care specialist and they could either get you to your G.P. (General Practitioner) or to a Urologist or both. This CAN be a sign of an infection. Keep in mind that a UTI (Urinary Tract Infection) Has these symptoms which included and is not limited to the following: * Frequent urination * Nausea * Vomiting * Fatigue * Fever * Chills * Frequent sweating * Burning/Stinging when you urinate * Blood in your Urine * Pain in your sides, normally up towards the mid to lower back If you have any one or multiple of these, you should seek medical attention ASAP as it can become something serious. Which in a couple of cases with me, I have had them develop into Sepsis which that is something very deadly. It almost took my mother if she waited a couple hours more, she would have been gone. But she's still alive, however; she has to be on Oxygen for the rest of her life. Me on the other hand, as my mother saw the writing on the walls and the red flags, she convinced my father to take me to the E.R. (Emergency Room) Which I was then hospitalized for a few days or so. The worst of my problems was that I have lost much of my strength, so things such as getting up and walking was next to impossible, not to say how it was for me to just sit up and eat which that took a large amount of effort. So, I do say, get to the E.R. and Don't wait or it could develop into something very nasty. If they determine that it's not that bad and just give you medication. TAKE IT ALL AS DIRECTED BY THE DOCTOR! As it can and will save your life. So again, don't delay. Link to comment

As it may be something wrong that needs to be takend care of (incl possible Diabetes ) and as also mentioned yes youre bladder seems to have possibly gotten used to just release when ever something is there due to you have trained it to do this by wearing and more importantly used said diaper so in fact you are training youre self to be permanatly urine IC (and trust me on this you DONT want this ) Wearing diaper does not make you IC , wearing and volontary use and soil said diaper does increase the risk of making IC 2 Link to comment
rusty pins
Go to a urologist for sure. You are still pretty young. There were many times when I was in my 40's that I would have to pee every 20 minutes some days. It could be from caffeine in soda or something else. Usually this was in the morning when I wake up and after a few hours I'm back to normal. I still pee about every 2 to 3 hours in the day and at night usually about every 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I'm in my early 60's though. You expect to pee more frequently as you get my age. You still have to go to your doctor and have it checked out to make sure there are no underlying issues. People as young as you have died from prostate cancer or bladder cancer. 1 Link to comment
