I'm straight and would never give any guy a blow job, but in reading these responses, it made me think.  Why would it matter if you are sucking someone off while wearing either nothing, underpants, a diaper, a wet diaper or a diaper you have pooped in?  Why would the condition of your own diaper matter?  Now, if you were giving a blow job to a guy who was wearing a messy diaper himself, I would think having your face and mouth that close to someone's mess in his diaper pretty nasty and disgusting, figuring he had pulled it down in front enough to get his erection out for you to suck on it.
