No. It means placing yourself in greater chance of getting infected through community transmition. You need to stop for snacks, more gas or maybe since your out a quick jump into the grocery store for something quick.

When gov asks you to stay at home, it means more than not go to work.

I go out and metal detecting for gold and shooting about twice a week to get fresh air and get out of the house.

I live in a rural area and the desert so I don,t have contact with anyone during these outing.
