Greybird
When I was nine, my young sister arrived, and as all parents seemed to congregate in the park and discuss things like nappies I used to sit close by and listen. One of the mothers used http://www.paddi.org.uk/history.html and I would watch transfixed as she changed her child’s nappy. How weird is that for a 9 year old boy bedwetter, longing to be put in them!!!! I just woke up in a wet bed every morning, mother would stand me on the toilet seat take my wet pyjamas off and wash my bottom and then give me pants for the day, never nappies. anyone else? 1 Link to comment

From being about 8 or 9 until I was 15 that was how my bedwetting was dealt with. No nappies just a wet and smelly bed. Link to comment

I grew up in an era when there weren't the disposable products that are available now. My mother put a rubber sheet on the bed with a absorbing pad over that and then sheets and a light cover. I just wore pjs to bed. Link to comment
