What type of diaper rules would be necessary in a DL relationship?

It totally depends on the couple and what their dynamic is and what they want. It really isnt about necessity and is more about preference and having rules that are mutually agreed upon. Personally my Daddy, Wife and I have a set of rules that work for US but that doesn't mean they would work for other people.

Talk to your partner or partners (if applicable) and enjoy discussing and setting the rules together.

No matter the rules that are set up - have a safe word (expression if wearing a paci) to escape from a situation gone awry - maybe something like

wearing baby-toddler clothing in public seeing friends relatives - changing diapers in public places -  etc. -or- urgent medical problem blood in stool (diaper).

Whatever the level of play realize you could get in over your head - you better hope that your adult partners can play nice and by the rules set !
