Im Niamh and im trying to make a story about when I was put in nappies and Right now im just getting everything down but not sure how to improve it can you guys help?

Trying something new is always fun. It's good you used paragraphs. Watch the run-on sentences.  When there is a new speaker, use a new line. Otherwise, the speakers get mushed together and it may confuse readers.
