Pacifiers that you can feed someone through?

In a lot of ABDL stories I see a character who has a pacifier strapped to their face 24/7, and they're fed by attaching feeding equipment (bottle, etc) to the pacifier.

Is there anything like this in real life, or is this purely a fantasy?

  I have wondered about this too. I have tried too figure out a way to attach a feeding tube to my pacifier and have liquid or some sort of paste flow through the bulb. I think it may require some sort of pump.

About 25 years ago I picked up an attachment in the US when I was on holiday there.  It would have been at Walmart probably.  It was a pair of adaptors & a bit of plastic tubing so you could attach a standard baby bottle top to the tube, & the other end of the tube to the body of a bottle.  It's not quite what you're asking about, as there's no way to fix it into the mouth so you can't remove it.  When I had my own cot I used to fix the bottle to the cot side & keep the teat under my pillow to suck on in the night.  It worked really well.  That went by the wayside many years ago: I've never seen anything similar since.

If you want forced feeding, the bottle can be placed overhead, and the liquid will force flow by gravity. And if you want the feeding tube to be longer, it wouldn’t be hard to buy extra, and modify the bottle.

After the force-feeding rig is hooked up and in place if the hands are restrained the party can begin anew.

Only safety precaution is if the feedee is apt to succumb to gagging - take care to have an exit.

In a radical sense I can visualize two bottles in a helmet with feeding tubes to the paci-feeding device - like the 2 can/beer bottle helmet novelty.

   Lol!... I have one of those novelty helmets. I even wore it to the races one day while I watched my Brother race from up in the stands. He said he wouldn’t be caught dead sitting next to me if I was wearing that. Although, a lot of other people thought it was pretty comical.
