Aurora made her way to the local McDonald’s to get the twins their happy meals that she promised them if they were good

They both squeeled excited when they got to the drive through “mommy mommy can I have mine now pwety pease!!” They said at the same time in unison

“ hold on ok.” She said as she ordered their lunch and paid for it

They both sat up in there car seats and tryed to reach for the bag”

“ if you two don’t sit down and relax there i won’t be any McDonald’s.” She said as she put the food in the passenger seat

They both sat back in there seats waiting patiently but at the same time mourn salivating for there food. “But I humry mama” Liam said in his adorable 3 he old voice softly

“ we’re almost home you can wait a bit more.” She said as she drove the 5 minutes to their house and parked the car

James sent aurora a text message “hey I was thinking of dropping of Hailey at 6 would that be ok? I think I found the perfect spot to take you but i’ll Let it be a surprise for tomorrow”

liam and Chris waited to be let out of the car seat and be able to go inside and eat

Aurora got the boys inside and into their high chairs and gave them their happy meals when have felt her phone vibrate and saw it was James.” Sounds great I’ll text me sister can’t wait.” She replied

The boys quickly scarfed down lunch both trying to eat faster than the other one thinking it’s a game cheeks full of nuggets and Fry’s laughing at the other. Liam swallowed and let out a loud burp “nummy”

Aurora saw this and laughed and gave them their drinks in their bottles as she let them out to go play while she ate her salad

The boys went off to play together in the living room. Hyper from lunch they chased each other around making up their own little adventures together. 

Meanwhile james had finished the crib and was trying to get Hailey but she was being stubborn not having one of her best days. James felt bad but sent aurora a text “sorry to bother you but how do you feed a stubborn yet adorable toddler

“ sit down with them in your lap and try to feed her making sounds from something she likes.” She responded as she watched her boys running around

After a while Liam froze for a minute and made a face as he knew he had to go potty and just stayed there and allowed his pull up to completely soak until he was all done than went back to playing 

James followed Aurora’s advice and started to make noises trying a few different ones but for some reason horses was the one that made her laugh the most and she gladly opened her mouth to est

aurora looked up and knew Liam had just used his pull up.” Come on honey we’re going back to diapers.” She said

“Noooo mommy I sowie it accident I promise. Diapeee for baby!!” As Liam got upset.

christopher teasing and laughing At Liam for having to be in diapers “hehe wiam a baby again. Me only big kid wite mommy”

“ no teasing i bought diapers today for you both since we don’t want to try and use the potty.” She said

Liam gave up arguing knowing it was pointless and just held his arms up to be carried and Chris got quiet quickly at the threat of being put back into diapers as he liked being a bit more independent when in pull ups

Aurora carried him to their room and laid him in the changing table and got the old pull up off cleaning him quickly and getting a fresh diaper on him and placing him on the ground.” All done.”

Liam clapped his hands “yea yea aww cwean dank you mommy” He sucked his thumb “can I have juice pease too”. (Should we maybe jump ahead to the date? Or continue with this? Just making sure you enjoy this)

The next day is the night of James and auroras date. James was both excited and nervous. He got dressed in a nice pair of jeans a button down shirt and a sports jacket and got Haileys diaper bag ready along with pjs. James tryed to put her hair in pig tails but that didn’t go well. He drove to the address Aurora gave him and carried Hailey and took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

chris and Liam were inside, auroras sister Emma was already there and helped Aurora’s with her hair and make up wanting aurora to look nice for her first date since the twins were born

“ thanks for everything Emma.” Aurora said before opening the door and seeing James with Hailey.” Hey come on in.” She said before smiling at Hailey” they there cutie i missed you.” She said tickling her a bit

Emma smiled “of course I would do anything for you little sis. Now have a good time don’t worry about the kids I got them”

james smiled Big when aurora answered “wow you look...well very nice I must say” Hailey was being a bit shy and sucking her thumb but laughed at being tickled her “hewo” she said blushing

Aurora smiled seeing Hailey laugh and say hi.” This is my sister Emma.” She said pointing to her sister.” She’ll handle the kids. Now just let me get my purse and we can leave if your ready.”
