Wierd E-mail Updates?

I'm subscribed to the Daily diaper e-mail updates, and I just received one this morning, but it says "Site Updated for 01/28/07

The Daily Diaper has just been updated" From Last month. Is there such a delay that it takes ~3 weeks to come to me, or is the date just off? (I noticed that the site was updated today.)
