Eve and Sally went out for lunch, Adam just happened to show up at the same restaurant for lunch.

Eve kissed Adam and Sally was still kind of shocked, this was the CEO after all.

Eve introduced Adam to Sally.

Sally was star struck like she was meeting the president. To her Adam was royalty!

Adam said to her, "Calm down I'm just Eve's husband! She still tells me what to do at home!"

To prove the point Eve teased "Don't forget  to dump the trash in our bathroom tonight!"

They had kind of been running late this morning and forgot to dump their nighttime diapers.

"Yes dear!" Adam said.

Eve told Sally how she had ended up as the CFO, from Steven to Rob and how she had tranfered the funds to a subsidiary company instead of the Cayman Islands.

"Wow, that really happened in our little boring company?" Sally asked?

"Really!" Said Eve.

"When I came in and saw you sitting behind the CFO's desk, I was worried you was going to get in trouble.

I never in a million years expected to be working for you.

Not that I don't think you could do it!"

She said quickly to qualify her statement.

"It's just I didn't think they let people that used to work the pools into those kind of positions.

I know your plenty smart Eve. It's just I didn't think we would ever have the opportunities!"

Adam added "You know her father is a Security Lieutenant here, I do think he will be Captain as soon as the current one retires here shortly!"

"I thought you and your dad were kind of on the outs?" Asked Sally?

"We were, until, well the guy that Glory Be married.

He's my dad!"

"Uh huh, no way! That guy, that distinguished looking guy is your dad?"

"Yep, Lieutenant Thomas Taylor is my dad!"

"I thought your dad worked at a prison or something?"

"He did he retired after 20 years.

He is not old enough to retire, retire yet, he can't get Social Security yet.

Glory's cousin was at his facility and they met, they hit it off right from the start.

She sat and talked to my dad instead of visiting her cousin.

My dad couldn't date her until he retired, after that she moved in with my dad."

"Glory, Glory Be?

I didn't think she would do anything like that.

She was raised by her grandmother."

"You mean her Grandmother that moved in with my Great Grandfather?"

"No way?" Said Sally.

"I kind of guess it was the other way around, my great grandfather moved in with her grandmother!

Believe it or  not they are pretty kinky together for an older couple!"

"It's just that Glory seemed so... sexually boring!"

"Well my dad changed that, I have recently found out my dad and mom, before she died were pretty kinky together!

Glory has replaced my mom!

I don't think she has surpassed my mom yet but it's almost even!"

"Isn't there some kind of law that prevents older couples doing weird shit during sex," asked Sally?

"Well if there was my dad and Glory would of been arrested a long time ago!"

Sally was in awe of her new boss, she was invited to those meetings that at first Eve herself were banned from.

What impressed Sally the most was here all these people were college educated and Eve just used her common sense and things happened. Sometimes the answer was so easy it was staring them in the face.

The others were so busy with their calculators that they didn't see the solution to the problem. 

One day a lady dropped 7 kids off at the office.

"My name is Kate and I'm the Anderson's Nanny.

I just found out we have to go out of town for a couple of days!

"Is Mrs. Anderson expecting you?"

"No, I just recently got the call, we need to drop her kids off before Cassie and I can leave."

Sally paged Eve. "Mrs. Anderson There is a Kate here to see you!"

Eve ran to her Secretaries Office.

"Is everything alright Kate?"

"No my brother has been killed.

Cassie and I have to go to Flagstaff for a couple of days."

"What happened, how was he killed?"

"Car accident, icy roads, slid off the road." Was all Kate said.

"By all means, you two get going.

I'm sorry for your loss!

You two are more than servants to me and Adam, your family!"

"Thank You! We are pretty fond of you two as well."

She left and Eve said "Alright looks like I get my 7 kids!"

This was the first time that Sally had seen and met all of Eve's kids. Last she knew she had a boy Tommy.

Last she saw him he was like a year old now he was getting big!

"How did you get all these kids?" Sally asked.

"Well you know Tommy here.

"Yeah I know Tommy.

But surely all these kids weren't Mr. Anderson's?"

"No he had Leeza, and Lindsey here."

"Hello" Leeza and Lindsey said together said together!

"We adopted Teresa and Molly here."

"Hello"said Teresa and Molly.

"Then we had Andrew and Erin here."

They were two babies maybe 5 or 6 moths old. 

"Wow! Motherhood looks good on you!" Said Sally. 

Adam walked into The office.

"I heard my kids were here!"

"Daddy" they all cried in unison.

They ran to greet him. 

"What happened to Kate?"

"Death in the family.

In Flagstaff!"

"Sorry to hear that! Okay you take the 4 oldest I take the 3 youngest?"

"Sounds good to me." Said Eve. Molly, Teresa, Leeza, snd Lindsey stayed with Eve. 

Sally asked Molly and Teresa "So you two were adopted, did either of you spend time in the Foster Care System?"

"I did said Teresa, I only saw the Crisis Nursery. I spent most of my time there."

"Why weren't you placed in homes?" Asked Sally.

"Ummm I still wet my bed!" Said Teresa blushing.

"Got you, believe it or not I spent some time in foster homes you didn't miss much, they were over rated!"

"You?" Asked Teresa.

"Yep, my dad left when I was pretty young. My mom got arrested and I and my older brother were placed in the foster care system.

We were there only a short while until my grandmother was found.

Don't be too embarrassed about wetting your bed, I used to wet mine as well!"

"What's your story she asked Molly?

How did you get to be adopted?"

"My dad died, I lived with my step mom.

She drank. Like Teresa I still wet my bed to. When Teresa was placed with mommy and daddy she came to my school, we were in the same class.

Our teacher was real mean she made fun of us kids that didn't have the strongest bladders.

Mommy called my step mom and told her we were being bullied by our teacher about our bedwetting.

Step mommy being drunk misunderstood and thought I was being the bully.

She worked me over good.

Mommy heard me being abused and came and rescued me I moved in and they became my only foster parents and now we've both been adopted."

"How does Eve deal with the fact that you two still wet your beds?"

"That's easy, said Teresa when she was our age she did to!

Molly said, "Leeza is autistic and she still does to!" 

"Thank you for sharing with me, I'm so glad you two landed in a good home!"

A while later Sally went to Eve.

"I talked with your two adopted daughters, they are really good kids. Sounds like you really have your hands full, 6 of your kids still in diapers."

"It isn't that hard!

I grew up wearing them as well until I was 12"

"I was a year older when I stopped wetting my bed!"

"You Sally, no wonder I like you so much!"

"I was wondering, how do you go about adopting?

Teresa said you became her foster parents, was she just placed with you or was she like a friends kid or what?"

"Believe it or not I met her at Castles and Coasters the first time.

I fell in love with her she was just so sweet.

Adam did too we got certified as foster parents.

We requested her and she came she had no idea that she was coming to our home.

We have never regretted adopting!"

"Who would I contact if say I wanted to adopt?"

"I can give you his name and number his name is Benjamin English! He is a real nice man, he is big, looks mean but he is a teddy bear in disguise!

He is always looking for families to be fostor parents or adopt kids! God knows there are plenty of them."

"I was raised by my grandmother I was always grateful to her for taking me and my brother in.

I kind of want to give some of that kindness back!

You and Teresa and Molly have shown me the way! Thanks!"

Yup got another one lined up, Mr English is going to be happy.

A few days later Sally asked "If she could leave early or have somebody come and visit her at the office?"

"What ever you need?" Said Eve.

Sally called someone on the phone and within a couple of hours, She was informed that her visitor was there.

He was escorted up and was taken to Sally. 

Eve walked out of her office to ask Sally something.

She saw the man and smiled "Mr. English how are you doing?"

"Splendid! How are you doing Mrs. Anderson?

How are your girls doing?"

"Great to both!

I see your meeting with Sally, I bet you got about 5 kids for her already!" Eve said jokingly.

Sally being serious said "No only two, two sisters, Kari and Karla!

Both 5.

Mom just dropped them off at CPS one day, and went home and committed suicide.

Dad is in prison until the girls will be in their late 20's no other relatives. Just me now!"

"Good for you Sally! I'm so happy for you!"

"Plenty more where they came from, said Mr. English.

Could I interest you and Mr. Anderson in a couple of more?

I have a couple of brothers that I need a home for and the oldest wants to be a Quarterback, right up your husband's alley!

The other is very quite, a lot like Leeza when you met her, just doesn't feel like talking.

I bet you could have him talking within the week!"

"For me the answer will always be yes, said Eve.

It's Adam you got to convince!"

Adam walked through the door.

"Convince me of what?" Adam asked?

"To take on more kids!" Said Eve.

"I got two brothers one wants to be a QB, right up your alley!

The other is like Leeza doesn't want to talk, right up your wife's alley!" Said Mr. English. 

"Go on, said Adam.

You've got me interested now!"

"Tell you what, let me get Sally here taken care of then I will talk to you two okay?"

Sally had gone through her training and Mr. English made a call and soon two young girls were dropped off.

There was no way you couldn't mistake these two as twins.

They were both the same height same exact weight and same in facial features.

When talked to they answered for each other, it was like they even knew what the other was thinking.

They were both pretty pettite just like Sally.

It was uncanny how Mr. English could get kids that looked like their foster parents.

Kari and Karla looked like they could be related to Sally.

Right now they looked a bit overwhelmed.

Sally had a bowl of little candies she kept on her desk, they were for visitors.

She was slipping them candy and they were opening up to Sally. 

Mr. English and Adam and Eve went to her office.

Mr. English began "The two boys Devon and David Alexander.

Devon is 9 he is getting interested in football his favorite player is Chris Mitchell, but he wants to be a Quarterback.

He really likes me, only because I know the whole Mitchell family.

In my younger years I had the three youngest Mitchell's in a Sunday School Class.

I was assigned the entire Mitchell family, in our church we visit our families at least once a month, were given at least 2 or three families to visit one of my families was the Mitchell's.

When Chris was outed as a bedwetter it was no surprise to me, I already knew. 

Anyway Devon is wanting to be a Quarterback.

David 6, is more shy, reserved.

He hasn't spoken a word since his parents were murdered.

They were involved in a home invasion.

The people that killed them got the wrong house.

Their address was 2356 W. Maple Dr. Across the street was 2359 W. Maple Dr.

The Alexander's had metal address numbers the 6 a nail had came out and it fell to a 9.

Turns out 2359 owed some heavy duty drug dealers a lot of money.

These guys had came to collect David saw his mom and dad killed.

Devon was at a friend's house or he would of seen it as well."

"Poor kid!" Eve said.

"Since the murder David has been incontinent as well.

It's like he's just drawn into himself anything outside him doesn't matter.

He is aware of his surroundings but he doesn't seem to care.

He eats if food is placed before him.

He doesnt go seek it.

Bathing he will sit in a tub if somebody washes him but he won't do anything on his own.

It's like he's given up on life.

He's here but not here in our world!"

"Sounds a lot like Leeza used to be," said Adam.

"Exactly, said Mr. English.

When I got these two you and your wife were the first two I thought of.

Myself I think you two would be perfect for these two.

Now these two do have family but nobody seemed interested in taking them, they are available for adoption but if all of the sudden they decide they want them, they are family.

I would hate to see you get these two straightened out only to have someone all of the sudden come and claim them.

We're also worried that if that does happen, they could revert back to where they are now.

We're thinking About severing rights, but this is a tricky area it could or not happen where they relapse.

We won't know unless we come to that bridge!"

Adam looked at Eve, "It's worth a shot!"

Eve said "I just guess we'll have to cross that bridge of adoption when we come to it!"

Mr. English made a call and within about 15 minutes there were two boys dropped off and paperwork was filed.

Steven stayed with Adam, they talked football.

Eve took David with her to her office.

They got through the door of Sallys Office.

Karla saw David.

For her she felt an instant attraction.

She walked up and said "Hello, I'm Karla!"

David was shocked, he looked to me for guidance, it was just a look but his eyes were pleading with me.

He hadn't expected this. 

"This is David," I said. Those pleading eyes turned to gratitude for me. 

"Doesn't David talk much?" Karla asked me?

"No not really , I said. He's had some trauma and he doesn't want to talk."

"What's trauma? Karla asked. 

"He saw somebody kill his mommy and daddy.

It hurt him to see that."

"Oh, my daddy is in prison because he killed somebody, it wasn't David's mommy and daddy was it?"

"Probably not." Eve said.

My mommy died just a little while ago, do I have Trauma?" Karla asked? 

Such a sweet child Eve thought to herself!

"I don't think so she said, you probably miss your mommy but I don't think you're traumatized no!"

"Yeah I do miss her!

Said Karla, but I got a new mommy now named Sally!

You got a new mommy it looks to me David, huh!"

"David looked to me.

He went to speak.

It had been so long he was horse and his voice was raspy "Are you my new mommy?"

Success, I thought!

"In a way I said but I never want to replace your mommy in here."

I touched his chest over his heart.

He turned to Karla.

"What happened to your mommy?"

"She committed Sewercide!" Said Karla.

"What's sewercide?" He looked to me.

"It's actually suicide, it means she killed herself."

"Why would somebody so that?"

"Sometimes people feel way overwhelmed with the problems of life that they are facing.

Sometimes they think the world would be better off without them in it."

"So they kill themselves?" Asked David?

"Yeah, that's what my mommy did.

You're like me, David I don't have a mommy either.

Can I be your friend?"

David smiled for the first time.

"Yeah we can be friends!"

I thought, Mr. English is going to think were miracle workers, here it is less than an hour after we got David and he's already talking.

But it wasnt me it was a 5 year old named Karla!

I called Mr. English.

"I thought you gave me a challenge, David is already talking!"

"Your pulling my leg, already?"

"It wasn't us he ran into Karla and she told him that her mommy was gone and she had a new mommy in Sally thats when he spoke he asked me if l was his new mommy?"

"Outstanding!

I'm sure if it hadn't of been you or anybody else it would of been Leeza that got him to talk."

"Yeah I was thinking that to.

But Karla beat her to him!"

"Either way I'm so glad!" Said Mr. English.

Eve looked out and Karla David and Kari were playing tag.

David saw me and he ran to me.

"Mommy I'm wet!" I took him in my office and I changed him, while I changed him he stuck his thumb in his mouth and started sucking on it.

He got a far away look in his eyes.

If I didn't  know better I was sure he was enjoying his diaper change.

"All done big boy," I kind of teased him after what I had just done for him, and kind of letting him know I knew he enjoyed it.

"Come back again when your wet!"

"Kay mommy!"

Was all he said next thing I heard squeals of laughter from my secretaries office as the game of tag was resumed.

It was quitting time and Kari, Karla and David.

It was time to say good bye.

They looked like it was the end of the world.

Like they would never see each other again.

Since my Great Grandpa had given me his home and I wasn't using it I had rented it to Sally for a little bit more than what my Great Grandfather Lloyd had rented it to me. For $350 a month.

That was still pretty cheap.

Could of got $900 to over a grand a month easy for it by renting it out.

I wasn't out to get rich over it, besides with two young daughters she needed more space than the one Bedroom one bath Apartment she now had.

That had three bedrooms and 2 baths, plus a laundry room. And a patio. 

David shocked Adam when he asked "Since this lady is mommy does that make you daddy?" 

"Uh yeah I guess it does, plus you have five sisters and two other brothers at home."

"How old?" David asked?

"Molly is 12, Teresa is almost 12, Leeza is 6, Lindsey is 5, Tommy is 3, then there are twins Erin and Andrew not quite 1 years old yet."

"It's always just been me and Steven.

I might like living in a bigger family!

I think I need a change when we get home!"

"When we get home I'm sure the Nanny, Kate will change you!"

"We got a Nanny," Steven asked?

"Yes, and a Cook named Cassie as well!"

"Are we rich asked Steven?"

Adam smiled, "You aren't, we are!

Maybe someday you will be as well"

"Cool! Was all Steven said.

At home we got the two new boys settled into their rooms.

Molly came and she saw Steven.

Wow! Was what she thought I have this cute boy living with me.

Teresa wasn't as impressed as Molly.

David started wandering the house he ended up at Adam and Eve's room he saw Adam putting a diaper on Eve, Adam had a shirt on but he was in a diaper as well.

They hadnt seen him and he quickly walked away.

Soon he ended up where there was another lady changing her diaper.

This lady had bad scars like she had been burned or something.

He was lost in thought about what could of happened to the lady. 

"Are you all right?" The lady asked him?

"Huh," as he was pulled out of his thoughts.

"I asked are you alright, you lost?"

"No just walking around, what happened to you?

Your scars?" 

Come here as she reached her hand out and he took it.

She sat him on her lap.

"When I was about your age, my mommy made we wear just my undies and plastic panties.

I was a Bedwetter and I got really bad diaper rash from it. The rash got so bad it left me scarred like this."

"Sorry, said David. My mommy and daddy were murdered.

The killers got the wrong house.

My mommy and daddy werent mean when I wet my bed!

My mommy and daddy both did to when they were my age!"

"I'm sorry, said the lady she was hugging him and he was hugging her. 

"Your wearing a diaper now, why?" Asked the lady?

"After mommy and daddy were killed I just kind a didn't want a do anything.

I been peeing and I don't know anymore when I gotta a pee.

I still know when l gotta poop.

Even that doesnt matter anymore.

I guess I gotta learn when to go potty again.

I got a new mommy now I think she loves me!"

"If it's Mrs. Anderson I'm sure she loves you, she has a lot of love for all of her kids including you!

I lover her she is a really nice lady!"

"Can I ask you a question, how come new mommy and daddy wear diapers?

David just started walking around again.

The Nanny told him his new mommy and daddy needed the diapers for bedwetting.

It was only 6pm not bedtime yet.

He found a girl about his age.

He went into her room.

The girl looked surprised, "Who are you?"

She asked almost in a panic.

"I'm David, I just moved here with my new mommy and daddy."

"Are you a foster child?" The girl asked?

"I just got a new mommy today named Eve."

"Okay Eve is my mommy too. I'm Leeza.

Me and my sister Lindsey had a different mommy, but she died we had the same daddy.

Then we got Eve she adopted us were hers now.

We also got a brother named Tommy, he had a different daddy than our daddy.

Daddy adopted him and now he is Tommy's daddy too.

Then mommy and daddy had babies, twins, Andrew, and Erin.

Then we got more sisters, Teresa and Molly they are older but needed a home.

Teresa was a foster kid, her parents were gone, Molly her mommy used to beat her up.

That's why we got her.

She doesn't get beat up anymore!"

"My mommy and daddy were murdered. I saw it happen, I got so scared I didn't even want to talk to anybody."

"When my old mommy had me she called me names like retard, I have Autism.

I just thought things different than other kids.

I didn't want to talk either.

Lindsey, mommy said she had no personality She didn't talk either.

I had a dream grandma Annie came and told me I was getting a new mommy named Eve.

I was so happy! Then the next day daddy took us to McDonald's. There was Eve my new mommy.

I called her mommy, I knew she was going to be my new mommy because grandma Annie told me she was.

Now she is my mommy!"

"Who is grandma Annie?" David asked?

"She is mommy's real mommy, she died and came and told me things. Mommy has a new mommy named Glory Be.

She married grandpa Tommy, he's mommy's real daddy.

My brother Tommy is named after him."

"So grandma Annie is a ghost then?"

"Yeah but she isn't scary like a ghost, She is really nice and won't hurt me or anybody, She helps us against bad people!"

"What kind of bad people?" Asked David?

"My real mommy's family tried to take us away, they tried to steal Lindsey and me.

Grandma Annie told me and mommy and daddy that it was going to happen.

They got caught trying to steal us."

"I wish grandma Annie would of visited me and told me my mommy and daddy were going to die!"

"She isn't your grandma yet.

If she told you, she wouldn't become your grandma.

It's funny that way!"

"If she came to me because she was going to be my grandma, and the people that killed my mommy and daddy were stopped.

My mommy and daddy would still be my mommy and daddy so she couldnt be my grandma!

I understand.

Now she could become my grandma, if I get adopted by new mommy and daddy! Right?"

"Yes, I'm sure she will be your grandma someday.

I'm sure if that happens she will come and talk to you when your asleep."

David expected grandma Annie to come to him the first night, she  didn't.

Not the second, nor the third.

He soon gave up expecting her.

After about two weeks David and Steven started living with the Anderson's as home.

David was becoming attached to Eve she felt right as mom and for Steven Adam felt right as dad. 

After finding out that David was talking, the family of their parents decided that the now wanted them and filed petitions to get them. Since they were blood relatives the petitions were granted. 

David unfortunately shut down again.

Steven wasn't much better.

The families they were with decided to beat them using belts and paddles figuring that they could beat these behaviors out of David.

They also refused to feed him, they figured that if they let him get hungry enough he would start eating on his own. 

Mr. English dropped in on the family.

He found Steven not thriving, David was emaciated and he was covered in belt marks and bruises from the paddle.

They were removed and the mother who had been meeting out these punishments was arrested.

Mr. England started taking the kids back to the Anderson's.

Steven asked"Where are you taking us to this time?"

"I'm taking you back to the Anderson's, it was a mistake to remove you in the first place!"

David even spoke for the first time. "Momma?" He asked?

"Yes, momma Eve!"

The kid smiled, beamed more like It!

Adam was looking through a magazine and Eve was interacting with the kids they were all in the living room when the doorbell rang.

Eve got up and answered the door.

She saw three people standing outside the opaque glass one was huge, no mistaking Mr. English, even if she couldnt  make out details, she couldnt see the other two.

She wasn't sure but one was about Steven's size and the other David.

Being a mom you just know your childrens shape and looks even if that glass distorts things.

She flung open the door.

David was there and he looked terrible, his cheeks were sunken in he had lost weight.

"Mommy," was all he said as he broke down and cried.

Eve had him in her arms and was kissing his face!

"I'm so glad to be home," said David.

"Me too!" Said Steven.

Eve had Cassie cook them both something to eat.

David ate like he was making up for lost time, as small as he was he ate 2 plates full of Macaroni and Cheese.

He went and crawled into Eve's lap.

He was sitting there and let out a large burp!

Eve said "That big burp didn't come out of this little boy did it?"

In feigned shock.

David grinned back at his mom.

Leeza heard that Steven and David were back.

She had a smile to rival David's.

"Grandma Annie told me you were coming back! 

Welcome home!"

The two ran off to play.

That night when David was asleep there was a lady That visited him. Before she even said anything, David said "You must be Grandma Annie!"

"What makes you think that," asked the lady?

"You look just like Leeza told me you do."

"Leeza is my sweetheart, you're going to be pretty special I'm sure!

I think you and Steven are going to be Anderson's one day, that will make you my grandson!"

"I don't know my real grandma's or grandpa's!

Your my grandma now!"

"You have a grandpa in Tommy"

"I hadn't met him yet, we were going to go to his place then we got moved to Aunt Ida's.

I missed mommy!"

"I know you did child!

Your safe now nobody is going to hurt you, just watch out for a kid at school called Cuddy His real name is Cuthbert,  he hates that name, just call him Cuthbert he will leave you alone.

If he doesn't just ask him about his plastic sheet that he needs every night.

Like you he still wets his bed.

Those are his two things he tries to hide the most!"

David smiled "Thanks grandma!"

"Anytime Sweetpea!" 

"That's what my mommy used to call me!"

"Yeah I know she told me to call you that and to tell you they miss you, your mommy and daddy!

They were so happy that you weren't killed like they were.

They are so happy you and your brother ended up in a good home.

They know my daughter Eve will help you remember them."

"I was so sad when those guys killed them."

"They knew that! It hurt them to see you like you were."

"Tell them I'm better now, tell them that I love them."

"They know that, they want you to know it wasn't your fault.

You did nothing wrong."

"I let the guys in, that's my fault!"

"No honey they would of come in anyway, whether you let them in or not.

My time us done i have to go!"

With that Annie was gone.

That weekend we ended up at Adam's parents place on Saturday.

On Sunday we went to Tommy and Glory Be's.

David said "I know you, you are daddy's secretary, I saw you at work when we first came there!"

Glory said "That's right you did!

Your David right?"

"Yeah I'm David."

"I think the first day I met you the cat had your tongue, you didn't talk much!"

"Yep, it had been a real long time since I had talked, like over a month!"

"Well it's so good to hear your voice!

I'm Glory, or Glory BE as everybody calls me!

I'm your mommy's step Mom!"

I know gramma Annie told me about you and grandpa Tommy, I know she is mommy's real mom.

But she died!

"Oh so Annie visited you, you must be pretty special!

She only visits when it's someone special!"

She visited me once or twice, She told me it was okay to marry Eve's daddy!"

I'm married to him now, I guess that makes me your Foster, Step grandmother!"

"I like you, I want you to be my grandmother!"

"If you get adopted that will make my husband your grandfater, unfortunately I never adopted your mommy I will only be your step grandma!"

"But I want you, as my real grandmother!"

David was adamant about Glory becoming his real grandma.

Eve even tried to talk to him but he wouldn't budge.

She got an idea but it would take time.

She had to check with their lawyer to find out if it could even be done.

This appeased him for today.

He really loved Tommy as a grandfather.

Tommy told him and Steven that some day they would have to go fishing just the boys!

They had a pretty good visit the food was delicious! 

Then it was time to go home they all loaded up and went there separate ways. 

At school David got to meet Cuddy.

He was a terror until David got him alone. "A little bird tells me you have a plastic sheet on your bed for bedwetting!"

"Who the hell is your little bird?" 

"I can't say, just that they told me to tell you that if you tried to beat me up for no reason!"

"Now I'm going to kick your ass even more!"

"It's alright I'm not going to tell anybody anybody about your bedwetting!"

"Why Not?" Asked Cuthbert?

"Because if I told on you I would have to tell on myself."

"Uhuh! Never stopped it got worse when my parents were murdered, I started wetting in the daytime as well."

"Heard it on the news, your house number was broken?

Cuddy extended his hand, I'm Cuthbert James, everybody calls me Cuddy!

Soon Cuddy was a fixture at the Anderson's and David was at the James's house.

Cuthbert's mom was almost as pretty as David's mom.

They each had a crush on each other's mom's.

David had a crush on Joni, Cuthberts mom and Cuthbert had a crush on Eve, David's mom. 

Eve and Joni became friends as well when they started talking they talked about their kids bedwetting.

Soon they found out that they both still wet their beds as well.

Turns out Cuthberts dad used to be a bedwetter.

Eve shared how Adam was a bedwetter then stopped, then was tackled playing College football.

He hurt something and now is a bedwetter again.

"Strange my husband tackled a quarterback in college and it started him bedwetting again.

Your husband wasn't at Harvard was he?"

"Your husband didn't play for Dartmouth did he?" Asked Eve?

"Yeah he did! It couldn't be, could it?" Joni asked. 

"It sounds like something, you know those strange twists of fate." Said Eve.

Joni joked, "You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone!"

They both began laughing!

They made plans to go out for dinner that night.

Walter James was big he was at least 6 foot 4. But since playing football he had gotten big around the middle as well he weighed in at 420 pounds now.

Where Adam was still in shape.

Walter wasn't.

When the two met they both just stared at each other, they were sure they knew each other but from where.

Both were wracking their brains!

Neither had said much for a few minutes.

Eve said "Joni tells me you went to Dartmouth Walter, my husband went to Harvard! 

Boom! The recognition was instantaneous. They both said at the same time "Ivy League Championship November 12, 2014!"

"I thought you looked like that QB.

I sacked late in the 4th quarter!" Said Walter.

"Yah you look like this big ape I passed for over 250 yards before ya did!"

"In some ways I wish I hadn't of hit you so hard, in others I wish I would of hit you harder!" Walter smiled!

"Same here that hit left me with a lasting impression of you!" Said Adam.

"Me as well!" Said Walter. 

"Mines worse!" Said Adam! 

"Don't be to sure about that said Walter!"

Eve said "Joni and I know!"

"Know what?" asked Walter.

"You both used to have the same ailment as kids, when you two connected something was broke in the both of you and your childhood ailment raised its ugly head again!" Joni said.

"No! Both of us," asked Adam?

"Both of us what?" Asked Walter?

"Both of us wet our beds again because of that tackle!" Said Adam. 

"No way? Uhuh!" Said Walter.

"So your telling me we were both injured on that play, permanently?" Walter asked again?

"Seems so Walter!" Said Adam. 

"Don't worry honey Eve is a lot like me in that reguards!" Said Joni. "Where mine was from Trauma of getting raped, hers was because her mother died!"

"You wet as well?" Asked Walter of Eve?

"Yeah I do, our sons are friends and found out they are bedwetters as well.

Well he isn't ours yet!"

"What do you mean?" Asked Joni.

I thought David was your son?"

"He is, but for now he is our foster child were in the process of adopting him." Said Eve.

"Is that why your two older daughters look nothing like each other?" Asked Joni?

Molly and Teresa are adopted, were adopting Steven and David. Leeza and Lindsey were Adams from a previous marrage. Tommy was mine and Andrew and Erin are ours together."

"But I would of sworn Leeza and Lindsey were yours, they look enough to be your daughters!" Said Joni.

"They are mine now I have adopted them and Adam adopted my Tommy!"

"I always thought you looked to young to have that many kids!

How does one go about getting kids like you got?" Joni asked?

Before the end of dinner Joni had Mr. English's phone number and had promised to give him a call, she had always wanted a sister for Cuthbert!

Joni called Mr. English, she made an appointment with him for 45 minutes, she still had a few things to clean up, mostly in Cuddy's room. Wet sheets from his nightly bedwetting. 

She had just got everything covered his plastic sheet, and was airing the room out so it wouldn't smell of urine, as much.

The doorbell rang and she went to answer it. It was Mr. English.

Mr. English got their vital information.

Walter and Joni James. 30 and 29 years old.

"How did you hear about us?" Asked Mr. English?

"From Adam and Eve Anderson."

"Splendid, some of my favorite people!

What are you looking for?"

"Well we would like a girl, to hopefully balance out our son, he is pretty macho, were hoping a sister would tone him down a bit!"

"Splendid! Are you looking to be foster parents, eventually adopt? What?"

"Eventually adopt!"

"What age range are we looking at here?" Asked Mr. English?

"7 to 10 or 11 years old!" Said Joni.

"Splendid! I have several kids that meet that criteria.

Anything else I should know?"

"Yes one other thing, you know Adam's History considering why he wets his bed now!"

"Yes I do, he got hit playing football in college, if I remember right!"

"Yes, said Joni. My husband was the one that hit him!"

"Really?" Asked Mr. English?

"Yes it's true, and Adam wasn't the only one injured by that tackle.

My husband was left the same as Adam, he wets his bed.

To be honest I was molested when I was 8 years old, I was raped.

As a coping mechanism, I started wetting my bed as well, I still do. Cuthbert is also a bedwetter.

I guess what I'm asking is we would like a girl between 7 and 10 years old that would fit in with our family."

"Splendid! I have several girls that meet that criteria! One in particular I'm thinking of.

She is 9 still wetting her bed.

She has had low self esteem and, don't take this wrong but your family photo your husband looks a bit corpulant!

I take it he's gained a few pounds?"

Joni  smiled "Just a few!"

"Unfortunately this girl turned to eating to deal with her poor self esteem she is 9 years old and pushing 145 pounds.

If you guys can make her feel better about her bedwetting I think she will start to lose weight.

We took her from her parents who were very verbally abusive and would lock her in her room and starve her for days!"

"Poor girl!" Said Joni. 

"If we can get you certified are you willing to take Aubrey?"

"Aubrey! What a beautiful name, said Joni.

Of course!"

Splendid! Said Mr. English. 

The paper work was filled out, when Walter got home the classes were taught.

Cuthbert even sat in.

Fingerprints were taken and they walked through the home.

The only had thing was Walter was a gun lover and had plenty he had to get a gun safe to secure his weapons in. 

About 5 days later Aubrey Jane Harcourt was dropped off at her newest home, her first placement.

She talked to Cuthbert, she had a crush on him.

She later went to her foster mother Joni and took her aside.

She was blushing and had a hard time starting a conversation.

"Umm," she said several times. 

Joni asked "I understand something is bothering you, you want to talk about!

Has it something to do with your bedwetting?"

Aubrey breathed a sigh of relief!

"Yes! I wanted to ask you if I will get in trouble for wetting my bed.

My mom and dad used to beat me because of it.

Are you going to be mad enough to beat me for my bedwetting?"

"Nope, did you know Cuthbert wets his bed still?"

"He does?

I would never think he did he's so confident!"

"He takes after his daddy who used to wet his bed when he was younger!

Then Walter played college football and oneday he tackled a guy. Something happened to both of them.

They both started wetting their beds again.

The lady that is the wife of the guy Walter tackled told me about adopting. We requested you!

"Do you really want a girl like me, there are lots of others, prettier ones, some that don't still wet their beds every night!"

"Don't care, not interested in them, I'm interested in you!"

"I need a beautiful daughter and your it!"

Aubrey started crying she had never been told she was beautiful.

She felt her new mom give her a hug!

Aubrey did well she had a problem in school with a boy that was calling her "Aubfat", instead of Aubrey!

Cutty took care of his sister and nipped that in the bud.

When the kid found out she was the sister of Cutty.

He realized he had signed his own death warrant. 

David liked Aubrey and Aubrey liked David they were together both were 9 years old they thought holding hands was taboo and David kissed her cheek once which was akin to having sex for them!

David no longer hung out with Cutty when he visited the James family. 

Mr. English was correct Aubrey in a new environment began to blossom.

She quit eating to cope, soon she was down to 130 pounds then 125, 120 110.

Joni was so happy that she started serving healthier meals and soon her husband was losing weight as well.

Aubrey got down to 80 pounds and just hung there not gaining and not losing.

Walter James was down to 355 pounds he still had more to lose but he was well on his way, playing football at Dartmouth he played at 285 pounds of solid muscle.

He wanted to at least get back there, even if he wasn't solid like he was 8 years ago 285 seemed like an acceptable weight. 

Joni was happy and soon the adoption of Aubrey would be completed. She talked with Walter and they talked about getting another child from Mr. English maybe a 4 or 5 year old?

Mr. English was constantly in touch with them the closer it got to Aubrey's adoption.

He had a few 4 and 5 year olds one a girl that had Down's Syndrome. Nobody wanted her with her disability, including her own parents who just showed up one day and dropped her off at CPS.

To them she wasn't perfect!

To most of the Caseworkers she was!

She had a great personality and was a very affectionate child.

Mr. English thought her parents were crazy to let such a treasure like Jenny go.

But being Down Syndrome.

She was a special needs child much like most of the older children that his division worked with.

He had another boy but this kid was very handicapped he had quite the personality as well this kid was a practical joker.

He would hide things like cell phones, pens he would play tricks on you.

One day Mr. English went to sign on something his pen was missing it had been right there a moment ago! 

He went to  call and discovered his phone was gone as well.

Manny was looking the other way and looked like he was whistling, acting too innocent.

"Manny did you take my phone and pen?"

Manny began giggling and pulled both items from his wheelchair.

Mr English had to smile and giggle himself.

He had been pranked by Manny.

He wondered if the James family would take both Jenny and Manny from him?

I just look back and realized that it was February 1st when I last posted on this story and that just isn’t acceptable. I have really been trying my hardest to get caught up but it seems something always comes up. I really enjoyed these last few chapters. So heartwarming to see people who go out of their way to help kids like these. Mr English found another jackpot.

Mr. English came and talked with the James family he presented his case for Jenny and Manny.

Joni was crying as well as Aubrey.

He knew he had their support.

Cuthbert looked sold, Walter on the other hand wasn't sold Mr. English could just tell. 

Walter looked at his wife, "It means a lot more work for you, I'll be at work most of the time.

I can help on weekends, and holidays, vacations.

Otherwise I wont be here.

What happens when he gets to big for you to move?"

"By that time Cuddy will be able to move his brother around, he is almost as strong as me now Joni said with a smile. 

"Mr. English it looks like you found a home for your two kids." Walter said.

"Just what is wrong with Manny anyway," asked Cuddy? 

"He has Cerebral Palsy.

His brain works fine it's just his body doesn't get the message from the brain right.

Where you or l say arm lift and Mr. English raised his arm like he was going to ask a question.

Manny's muscles get the same message but somehow his body flubs it up." Mr. English only raised his hand up part way and was looking like his arm was having a hard time staying there. 

"So really Manny is smart it's just his body doesn't cooperate?" Cuddy asked? 

"With his tricks he plays he knows exactly what he is doing, he is a little imp!" Said Mr. English smiling.

"Jenny is she able to understand and things like that?" Asked Aubrey?

Jenny is pretty intelegent, for Down's Syndrome she test at the higher functioning end.

She will never be genius, but she can talk.

Like you she has a problem with bedwetting both parents were when they were younger.

Just like you that gene got passed onto her as well.

She is what we call Developmentally Disabled.

It takes her longer to learn things, she still learns just slower than most!"

"Cool, I'm looking forward to have a little brother and sister." Aubrey added.

"Don't get me wrong most of society will see these two as different and you know kids can be cruel.

Your going to see them teased ridiculed even people that mean well will ask you why did you choose these two, or why didn't you abort them thinking that they are yours.

Somebody asked one of our Caseworkers who was out with Manny just the other day.

You can get mad or you can educate other's.

The last option is best.

Most people know that kids like Jenny and Manny exist, they don't think that they should be seen in public."

"Why not, asked Aubrey?"

"Did you know we had a president that had a Developmentally Handicapped sister?

Now this man was seen with his family everywhere, brothers and sisters. 

You never seen this girl, she was never mentioned.

She was hidden from the public view.

They hid her away because they felt she was abnormal!

She was an embarrassment!

That was only 50 years ago 1960's"

"The Kennedy's," said Joni.

"That's right," said Mr. English!

Jenny arrived first, she was smiling.

When asked she said "I got a family! Never had one for a long time!"

Manny arrived about 25 minutes later.

He had to learn to maneuver his wheelchair into the house.

Walter took Cuddy and they went to the lumber store two and a half hours later they took Manny outside there was a ramp so he could get into the house.

He had a grin a mile wide.

"Hank ooo" he said.

He knew they built the ramp for him.

Neighbors came and asked Walter why the ramp?

Is somebody older in a wheel chair coming?

"No somebody younger in a wheelchair is already here!"

"Who," everybody asked.

Everybody was introduced to Manny and Jenny!

One lady thought it was great that they were adopting Jenny, growing up she had a Downs Syndrome cousin that lived with them.

"She,was a girl named Elizabeth.

She was my best friend!

She got sick then it turned to pneumonia and she died.

I still miss Her!"

One guy came and complained about the ramp, he was going to take it up with the HOA.

"Try and remove it and I will call the government for discrimination!" Said Walter!

"Discrimination," the guy asked?

"Yes discrimination, haven't you heard about the People's With Disabilities Act of 1968?

You would be singling out a crippled kid.

These houses weren't built with people's of disabilities in mind! Do you want everybody mad at you?"

"Me? What about you?" The guy asked?

"Well if you pursue this everybody will have to pay in the whole subdivision to update their homes to accomodate wheelchairs, including you!"

"But I dont have anybody with a wheelchair!" The guy said.

"Doesn't matter, if somebody in a wheelchair does visit you, your house had better be ready to accept it otherwise your opening yourself to a horrendous law suit!

So by all means go to the HOA!

If they require I remove it they are just as liable.

They will have to make their homes handicap accessible!

Go for it!"

"Uh, I guess if you need this?"

Manny came down the ramp and back up the ramp just testing it out with that same mile wide grin!

"Why did you get a kid that's handicapped like that? The guy asked?

"Doesn't a kid like that deserve a good place to live as well?"

The guy shook his head yes, he knew Walter was right!

Next order of business was they ordered a handicapped van that they could get Manny into and Joni was glad it was coming with handicapped plates for Manny!

Nice new additions. It’s good to see the message about people with disabilities come to light. I have known several and it is usually the people around them who have the disability. They adapt to what life has given them and they don’t let it stop them. My daughter is dating a boy who has a brother with Down syndrome and he comes to dance night at the bar every friday night. He gets out there and has a blast. He also likes his beer and we have to keep an eye on him or he will overdo the drinking. Not unlike many of the other customers who come on friday night.

Jenny soon was a daddy's girl, she really loved Walter.

When asked why she said " My old daddy didn't want me, New daddy wants me!

I love New daddy because he wants me, I got a real daddy!"

Cuthbert pushed Manny around everywhere in his  wheelchair.

Some kids tried to give Cuthbert a hard time about Manny.

Cuthbert shot the first shot across the bow so to speak.

Manny here is my brother!

I have a sister named Jenny, she has Downs Syndrome!

You want to make fun of them first you gotta go through me!"

One kid went to say something and Cuthbert gave him a look and shook his head no! The kid immediately shut his mouth.

All the kids walked away except one. 

"What do you want?" Cuthbert asked him?

"How, how old is your sister?"

"She is 5 years old why, want to make fun of her?" He raised a fist to the kid.

"No sir, it's just my sister Abby is 5 and has Downs Syndrome to!

I have to protect her from guys like those other guys are, I'm not as tough as you are.

I don't know if I can protect her right or not!"

"If anybody gives you grief come see me, I think together we can probably kick guys like those's butt!"

"My name is Peck!"

"Good to meet you Peck, Cuthbert said, what's your last name?"

"If you must know, it's Gregory.

My name is Peck Gregory.

There is a famous actor named Gregory Peck, my parents thought it would be funny or something to name me Peck!

I hate my first name as well! How do Parents come up with such stupid names.

I'm named after my dad's great grandfather. He died when my dad was 5  years old.

I wish they would of let the name die as well.

Next day Peck went with his sister Abbie and she kept asking him?

"Where going?"

"We're going to Cuthberts house!"

"He's my new friend!"

"He has a sister I want you to meet."

"No I don't think so. 

They were at Cuthberts place.

Peck rang the doorbell.

A pretty lady answered the door.

"Hello may I help you?" She asked?

"I'm here to see Cuthbert?

This is my sister Abbie, she is here to meet Jenny."

The ladies face lit up "Of course she is!

How are you doing Abbie?"

"I am fine." Abbie said.

"Come on in!" The lady said.

They entered and Cuthbert came and saw the kid

"Peck how are you doing, good to see you, you must be Abbie?" Talking to the girl. 

"Yeah I Abbie!"

Cuthbert kind of raised his voice "Jenny there is somebody here to meet you!"

Jennie walked in unsure what was going to happen to her.

When Jenny and Abbie saw each other, both of their faces lit up. Smiles came to both of their faces. 

"I'm Jenny!" As she extended her hand.

"Abbie!" The other girl said they ran off squealing only like two little girls can! 

Cuthbert went and took Peck to his room they played video games. There was a knock at Cuthbert's door it was Abbie.

She whispered something to Peck who laid her down and took a backpack and began to change a pretty wet diaper.

As he was changing her Jenny walked in.

Abbie blushed "I no baby!" 

"I know," as Jenny lifted her dress and showed Abbie her diaper. 

"Friend!"

Abbie said with a smile.

After her change they ran off squealing again like little girls do!
