sissibaby Posted April 16, 2017 Author Share Posted April 16, 2017 actually every company i have had a product problem with either cross shipped replacements with a pick up label or just outright replaced and told me keep the defective products or toss out, trust is critical in all business dealings not suspicion that the customer is trying to rip them off, that has greed behind the motive with hopes of getting rich off any single product. millman Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 I'm a business owner myself and occasionally deal with product issues from my customers. I don't think it is out of line for the company to request further info or pictures on the issue in question. I did cringe a little when I heard they wanted a picture of the used diaper but I suppose that comes with the territory. On the other hand, I have dealt with my fair share of customers simply trying to get free product with no real problem. Link to comment
