A Summer's Regression

[robehouse]

Judy went to her room and took out her phone. Nancy came into the living room and watched Paige nap on the couch.

After an hour or 2 Paige woke up from her nap. Her diaper was only wet and she was still kinda waking up. She looked over at Miss Nancy and smiled, glad she wasn't alone.

[robehouse]

Nancy smiled back at Paige. She stood up and came over to Paige on the couch. She checked her diaper and then gave her a kiss on the cheek.

"How is our baby feeling?" Nancy cooed.

Judy came out of the bedroom and smiled at Paige.

"It's all set. Anna will be coming to spend the day with you, and depending on how things go, she will stay overnight. That's great, isn't it?"

"I'm good." Paige says smiling. She watched Judy come in and clapped hearing the news. "Yay!" She squealed

[robehouse]

"Do you want to video chat with your mommy now, or would you like something to eat or drink first?" Judy said.

[Skylove27]

(Slow replies tonight. At the hospital)

[robehouse]

(No worries. hope everything is okay)

Judy sat down on the end of the couch. She connected her computer to the tv and pulled up Skype.

"Do you feel up to sitting up and facing mommy, or would you be more comfortable laying there?" Judy asked.

[Skylove27]

"I can sit up to face mommy." Paige says. She was excited to see her mom. (I'm back at home, my Mima was in the hospital)

[robehouse]

Nancy came over to help Paige sit up and face the camera. Judy dialed Doris's number, and after about twenty seconds her face appeared. She smiled at Paige.

"Baby! It's good to see you back home again. Are you feeling better?" Doris said.

[Skylove27]

"Hi Mommy! Yes I just been tired lately. Guess what?" Paige asks

[robehouse]

"Well that is to be expected, baby. I hope you have been sleeping a lot." Doris said.

Doris smiled when Paige said Guess what?

"What is it, baby?" Doris asked.

[Skylove27]

"My friend that I met at the water park is coming over to spend time with me. And if all goes well she might be able to sleep over." Paige says sounding excited

[robehouse]

"That's great, baby. I was worried that spending the summer with auntie would be boring and you wouldn't have any fun. I'm so glad you made a friend. Maybe auntie can call me when she is there so I can meet her." Doris said.

"You'll probably end up having so much fun you won't want to come home." Doris added.

[Skylove27]

"Florida is fun and I'd love for you too meet Anna! She's so nice and I met her at the water ride and I was scared to go on it but Anna made me feel better about going on it." Paige says

[robehouse]

"She sounds like a great person, baby. Like I said, I'm glad you found a friend."

Doris looked over at her phone and then up at Paige.

"I'm sorry, baby. I need to go now, but I am looking forward to talking to you and Anna tomorrow. I love you."

Doris blew Paige a kiss over the video screen.

"Love you too mommy." Paige blew a kiss back but she was pouting she wanted to talk longer.

[robehouse]

Judy closed her computer.

"Let me get you something to eat, baby. You need to eat to get better."

[Skylove27]

"Okay. I just miss mommy and wanted to talk with her longer..."

[robehouse]

"Aw, I know baby. I'm sure she had something to do that couldn't wait. I'm sure she would have talked longer if she could."

Judy went to the kitchen and got a couple jars of baby food, a baby spoon and the bib. She came back and sat down in front of Paige. She tied the bib around her neck and opened one of the jars of baby food.

"Alright, baby. Open wide for auntie."

Paige opened her mouth wide to eat. So she ate her first bite and opened for more.

[robehouse]

"That's a good girl," Judy cooed.

Judy fed Paige bite after bite of the baby food. Nancy brought a bottle of milk over and handed it to Judy.

[Skylove27]

Paige ate all of the bites with no resistance. She thought it was kinda good. She smiled seeing her bottle and made grabby hands.

[robehouse]

Judy handed Paige the bottle.

"Here you are honey. Drink as much as you want. I have some bananas for you to eat when you are ready."

[Skylove27]

"I like bananas." Paige says and puts her bottle in her mouth starting to drink her milk. Just then the door bell rang.

[robehouse]

"That's good." Judy said.

When the door bell rang, Nancy got up to see who was there.
