A Summer's Regression

"It was good auntie. Can I get out of my crib now please?" Paige asks softly

[robehouse]

Judy got out of bed and checked Paige's diaper, finding her wet. She lifted Paige out of her crib.

[Skylove27]

"Okay. I am hungry." Paige says, not minding that she wasn't changed right away.

[robehouse]

Judy smiled and carried Paige to the kitchen and put her in her high chair.She tied a bib on Paige and fixed her a bottle of formula and handed it to Paige.

"Go ahead and drink your bottle. I'll give you something to eat." Judy said.

"Okay... Hey auntie?" Paige says. Sounding like she was going to ask a question.

[robehouse]

Judy had walked over to fix Paige's breakfast. She looked back at Paige.

"Yes, baby?" Judy said.

[Skylove27]

"Can I go stay with Anna sometime? She always comes over here so it only seems fair that I go over there and stay the night. So that way it isn't always the same thing." Paige says softly

[robehouse]

"Alright, I'll talk to Sam and make sure it's okay. It will have to be on a Friday or Saturday though."Judy answered,

"Okay auntie. But why can't I stay on

[robehouse]

"Because I said so. Anna had her lessons through the week and needs her sleep." Judy said.

Judy brought over a bowl of baby cereal and a small spoon. She sat down in front of the high chair.

"Oh okay, that makes sense." Anna says understanding.

[robehouse]

Judy dipped the spoon in the baby cereal and brought it up to Paige's mouth.

[Skylove27]

Paige opened up her mouth. She frowned as she tasted it and shook her head no.

[robehouse]

"Aww, what's the matter baby? You don't like the taste of your cereal? It's got vitamins and other good things in it. Auntie wants you to eat your cereal. Open up, baby." Judy cooed, bringing the spoon up to Paige's mouth.

"But, I don't wanna eat it, auntie." Paige says leaving away from the school then she covered her mouth.

[robehouse]

"You need to eat your breakfast, baby. I don't want to be mean, but your staying in your high chair until this bowl is empty. That means no diaper changes. You don't want to still be in your wet at night diaper when I bring Anna here later, do you?" Judy said, raising her eyebrows.

"No, I don't." Paige says frowning. She sighed opening her mouth for another bite.

[robehouse]

Judy smile at Paige and started feeding her.

"I'm sorry for being so mean, but it's my job to make sure you eat your breakfast." Judy said.

[Skylove27]

"How come I couldn't just have something else to eat though Auntie?" Paige asks

[robehouse]

"Because auntie made this just for you. What's wrong with it? Why don't you like your breakfast?" Judy asked as she put another spoonful in Paige's mouth.

"It's fine, auntie. I'll eat it only cause you made it." Paige says and opened her mouth for another bite. After all, she was hungry.

[robehouse]

Judy smiled and slipped the spoonful of baby cereal into Paige's mouth, getting some on her top lip. She picked up a burp rag and wiped Paige's mouth.

"Maybe tomorrow I can add some fruit to the cereal and make it taste better." Judy suggested.

"That sounds good." Paige smiled at the idea. She continued to accept bites till it was gone.

[robehouse]

Judy smiled at Paige and fed her until until the bowl was empty. She picked up the burp rag and wiped off Paige's mouth. She picked up the bottle of formula and held it it out to Paige.

"Do you want to be a big girl and hold your own bottle or be a little girl and let auntie hold your bottle while you drink it?" Judy cooed.

"I wanna be a little girl and let you hold the bottle, Auntie." Paige says
