I am incontinent and dependant on nappies but have become very much DL now. I couldn't imagine not wearing nappies now.

Yeah I wouldn't know what to do with my waste if I was cured tommorow and would probably go into a fugue state denying that the factory equipment was working. I wonder if catatonic patients have visions of adult diapers in there head.

Well I am not gay (not that it would matter a whole lot) but other than that, I am more or less on the same level as the OP. From the age of four I have strong memories towards diapers especially towards the old materials they used in the early days. I wear diapers 24/7 and used them for their intended use. That is, no number two that is not my thing.
