I wear diapers when I can and when the urge or need takes me, which varies greatly.

The more you wear the less reaction you should have really. When I was younger I would have a similar problem but as I became used to it my excitement was easier to control.

I would say, when you are going to wet, just do some regular everyday activity and don't think about it, just let it happen. Easier said than done.

I have this issue when trying to wet my diaper at night. I always wake with a semi-erection which gets rather larger the more I think about needing to wet the diaper instead of going to the toilet.

I find it hard to pee also when I have a hard on and have to wait until it goes down to pee

I use to have that problem too, but it went away as i was able to wear more often. So i no longer get hard ones wearing, unless something else comes up unrelated.
Also, it's already a pain to piss with a hard on period.

You'll get over it after a while of regular use. The shame from "finishing" in the diaper seems to be consistent from my own experience and comments I've read in the forums. Again, that diminishes after steadily wearing and enjoying diapers over time.

The shame is definitely something I still deal with, 15yrs later after putting on and cumming in my first diaper.

When I want to have a great time in a diaper I warm up baby oil and soak the front of the diaper I'm about to wear the rest is pure bliss.
